I’m reluctant to write this review but I feel it is my obligation to share my experience. I frequent the Tropical Smoothie in Fort Myers as it is near my work place and it’s wonderful. So I decided to treat my kids (Teenagers) and we went to the closest one where we live. The one on Santa Barbara. The store itself is beautiful and the location is excellent however the customer service is non existent. No customer was being acknowledged while we were there. Every second order was wrong while we were there. Even our order was wrong. And even though 4 to 5 employees worked there , the place was dead and the employees had attitudes. No smile! Actually really sad as it could be a great place.
P.S. the cheese quesadilla was pathetic- paperthin quesadilla and a tiny slice of cheese for $6.20

If you want “fast food” but fresh food, this is the place. Everything is always delicious and some or the best Flatbreads ever.

As always, the smoothies are amazing. But I specifically wanted to give a shout out to Noah for being so welcoming and nice. He always has a smile on his face and it always telling me and my girlfriend to have a great day even when he doesn’t take our order.

I didn’t know that there are places with great customer service still! Me and a friend went through the drive thru on Friday. The person taking our order helped us out and was very knowledgeable. They seemed to want the tropical smoothie experience to be great! I will be back to this location.

I love Tropical Smoothie cafes. What I don’t like is that the smoothie that I order is on the retired menu so I can no longer order it through the app which eliminates the convenient aspect of the app. I think the food is profoundly overpriced but it’s really good. You just don’t get very much. Their Rewards program isn’t the best. It is in the beginning but as you go on you realize all you’re really getting is a free supplement worth a dollar-ish every time you spend around $10. Some of the locations offer a happy hour, however, the location that is closest to me, which is The Veranda Shopping Center, does not. Very little customer appreciation there. Additionally, they’ve run ads to get a free “Frost Buddy sparkle cup” however, not one location had that in stock.
