Just left the store it had a really unplesant smell and the young guy there just cane to the register and look at me. I said to him how you doing and he just pointed at the computer without saying a word. I ask if he is ok and he just stared at me. I left with my wife and kid. You guys have to do better at hiring and train your emoloyees to be better at customer service. I drove 16 minutes to the tropical smokthie at 13111 Paul J Doherty Pkwy, Fort Myers, FL 33913 and got better service

I visit this location at least 3 times a month if not more. 3 smoothies were ordered, nothing extravagant. Normally the smoothies are filled to the top and don’t have a lot build-up of fluid floating on top, the 2nd drink had a huge gap to the top. The 3rd drink tasted like banana covered strawberries. The young guy seemed to be inconvenienced with our situation. 3 smoothies should not take 30 minutes to prepare. Plus someone redeemed my points (well played homie)

The food was great however the atmosphere was horrible I believe the man’s name was Pablo and he yelling profanity towards this young lady and she looked so scared and then later on you hear him making sexual jokes towards her and she just looked so uncomfortable and so did many other crew members . If I ever go back to this place again I hope he’s there because I can’t believe I held back seeing this. I am so disappointed in WHOEVER is supposed to be managing this team and store! As a first time customer I’m disappointed!

Bad customer service. Employees carry on full conversations with each other and neglect the customers until they are done with there gossip. Worst tropical smoothie around. Food is poorly made and the smoothies are watery. Definitely poor management. Save your money for smoothie king.

I had to send my smoothie back, it was watery like a juice. I never had a problem with my smoothies being watery at this location. The young lady at the drive thru was very nice great customer service. She remade my smoothie with no problem.

This place smells horrible. Old milk or yogurt. No one seems to know what sanitary is. Service is slow. My order was a quesadilla with no chicken. There was chicken I bit into it and felt sick instantly. Chicken and I do not agree at all it makes me super sick. We went back to correct the order and I received this. Barely any cheese. The press is clearly not cleaned in between either because there was onions on the outside of it. Ridiculous to pay $26 dollars for the food and drink to be trash.

Did not like it. We came for a weekend getaway and wanted to eat some place we had never eaten. We were expecting some sort of Italian/Tuscan atmosphere but there was none. We were not expecting to go to counter to order. The garlic cheese sticks were really good and that’s about all. We also had garlic knots which were okay but cheese bread/sticks (not sure exactly what they were called) were better. The Chicago steak grinder had no flavor. My husband said that it needed sauce. He couldn’t taste anything on it. I had the personal pizza with everything on it and, to be honest, I have had Sam’s Club pizza slices that were better. I hate to be this negative but we really did not enjoy it at all.

Ordered 2 smoothies and 2 food items for delivery. Didn’t get the smoothies. Driver said she asked staff and they told her my order didn’t have any smoothies, despite the receipt saying so. I’ve called the store five times and it goes to voicemail. But the voicemail is full.

Really love tropical smoothie and was craving it all day! I come at 830 and they close at 9, they already closed the registers and I was unable to pay cash and was rude when I asked if I could pay cash inside. Just very upsetting experience.

I am a huge Tropical Smoothie fan. I go at least 4 times a week to my local location. I stopped in this location today and the entire place smelled like sewage – VERY BAD.
There was also a huge trash pile on the ground in the middle of the seating area.
