We love tropical smoothie cafe, this one did not disappoint. Leah was very friendly and made us some great smoothies, she even brought it to our table. My husband got a SW wrap it was great and she brought it out to us as well.

I love Tropical Smoothie Café! The staff is always friendly, the service is quick, and the smoothies are always fresh and delicious. My favorite is the Bahama Mama it’s the perfect balance of flavor and sweetness. The food is also great; I really like their wraps and flatbreads. The café is always clean and has a nice, relaxing vibe. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something refreshing and healthy!

I was so excited when this location opened and wanted to like them so bad. I’ve ordered from here about 10 times and only 3 times did the smoothies come out good. There are always chunks of ice, fruit and/or energizer pills. We can’t take a sip without the straw clogging or having to chew before we swallow. Getting chunks of pills kind of ruins it… On top of that, they hardly ever taste the same. I’ve been to quite a few Tropical smoothie café and always receive a perfect smoothie… not here.. also, the employees look miserable every time I walk in. I thought it was because it was a new location but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.. highly disappointed in this location but that won’t stop me from going to all the other locations…

I came on a Wednesday, to order a smoothie. I’ve never been to this location and I was in town. I had horrible service. Kiara was the one who served me, being unhelpful and rude, laughing in my face. She made my drink and it was not even what I had asked for. This is my last time attending this Tropical Smoothie.
