We got there 30 minutes before they closed and in the middle of our order, an employee in the back, with the worst attitude stated no no no more food I shut everything down already. 30 minutes before closing? I’ve worked in fast food before and never has the team been allowed to close the kitchen 30 minutes before. Horrible service. Waste of time and a trip. I can see why this has the reviews it does. It should be either shut down or fire the staff and rehire. There was only one decent girl there and she couldn’t really do much. Again don’t go unless you want a bad time.

They should close at 8:30pm instead of 9pm because turning off everything in the kitchen 30 minutes before closing is wild. At that point they’re lying to customers lol. I wonder what would happen if someone ordered something online or through door dash.

I Am loyal & regular customer here at this tropical smoothie i work out at the just move action the street & i know that after 8:35 They stop serving food and only sell smoothies because of the cleaning process as well as it is close to closing time, Honestly anyone that comes and order food last minute is very inconsiderate, Its always busy at night everytime i come after the gym the staff are always sweet and patient but you guys have to realize that these people are human as well

I come in this location all the time and always get the same crappy service . This store is just ran by ignorant teens with horrible attitudes they never greet anybody every single time I come in here I always observe what’s going on and anytime a customer comes in nobody ever gets greeted, they will literally look at you and act like they don’t see you. You would have to come up to them to say the first word to even greeted. This is an ongoing issue that needs to be fixed by the manager and also the owner of the store and I’m glad I’m not the only one who sees this problem according to the reviews .Although the food is good. The service definitely needs to be handled to be better.

The service is awesome and the wait, if any, is minimal. I know the manager, Beth, from when she managed the one on Central Avenue. When she left that location, the restaurant went downhill. The service became horrible. I was so happy to find out she was at the Cypress Gardens Blvd store. I never have to worry about the service or cleanliness as long as she is the manager! She definitely knows what it takes to run a successful operation.

I walked into this establishment and was not greeted. I decided to let it go since the young man at the front appeared to be consumed with organizing things on the counter. I was the only customer and proceeded to the register. I stood there and still wasn’t acknowledged. I knew what I wanted but busied myself with looking at the menu. Still nothing. I then looked over at the young man wondering if he saw me walk in or heard the bell ring when I entered. He continued with what he was doing and at this point I’m thinking that maybe the task at hand had to be completed before taking my order. But a simple, “be with you in a minute” would’ve been nice. I then decided to leave due to this horrible customer service. I will not be back to this location and I don’t recommend.

The food is great when it’s made correctly. I’ve been here numerous times with my wife. We’ve had some good food. Everything is usually fresh. Lately, though, the speed and accuracy of food and service are rough! Seems to be lacking leadership and training. On my last visit, they added a sauce to my Baja Chicken wrap that wasn’t supposed to be on it. I have food allergies, nothing life threatening, as far as I know, but I order based on what I can have. I ordered a chicken wrap with a roasted tomato salsa that I ordered not to be on it, and somehow, they added a Thai peanut sauce for no reason. As I was eating the wrap that I’ve had numerous times, mainly because it’s safe for me, I noticed sauce dripping out, and it had an Asian flavor like soy or sesame. I love those flavors, but the sauce they use is a peanut sauce. After 2 bites, I stopped eating and went back inside and asked them about the sauce. Apparently, there was a new person working who accidentally added the sauce. I’m alive and I’m not concerned for me, but I know many people with serious allergies and why would I ever think a different sauce would find it’s way to my wrap that shouldn’t have had any sauce at all. Honestly, I thought the sauce was just the juice from the chicken or maybe black beans. Never did I imagine the peanut sauce on my wrap!! I know this job is just a stepping stone to a real job one day, but somebody could’ve died from a simple mistake. Accidents happen and that’s why I carry an Epipen, but the lack of concern from the staff after I brought them my wrap and explained what happened was shocking and it’s been almost a week and the owner hasn’t contacted me. That shows me what I can expect from this particular location! And also why my wife and I will most likely not go here again. It wasn’t just this visit. It’s been heading in this direction because of the last few visits with us having to get our food remade numerous times because the staff did not follow the order. I still love their vibe, and maybe we’ll still stop by for a smoothie once in a while! ✌️

The tropical smoothie Café is not a restaurant that it would advise you and your family to attend. The service was abysmal. The staff is a serious lack for the culinary arts. When I was dining there there was a gang of unattended Children that entered and laughed at each other. They commandeered an entire table and began messing around this made the atmosphere abysmal. One of my friends got the Caribbean jerk chicken. The Caribbean jerk chicken was perfect and always except for the jerk sauce. This sauce was incredibly overpowered with spice. It added to a terrible contrast of flavors. The smoothies were rather moderate, but I’ve expected better and had better at other establishments. According to other reviews, the staff quality here has been declining. I have noticed this when they completely misspelled multiple names of the people in my group!!!! How do you go from Cillian to Kellen!!! The bathrooms were quite average, except for the fact that the paper towel machine refused to give me paper towels.

Ms. Leelee is fabulous! Her and the girls do an amazing job! They get very busy with a line out the door but if you have 5mins to spare that line will be taken care of in a matter of minutes with Ms. Leelee assuring that she appreciates your patience. She is constantly complimenting her crew and preparing them for the rush ahead! Thank you for being such hard workers and providing great service and delicious creations. I will be a repeat customer!
