Smoothies were delicious and the pick up order was ready on time. Customer service sucked. I understand the employees have to use the restroom, but it was extremely rude how after i was just standing there waiting for someone for a min, they got out of the restroom yawning and dragging there feet, didn’t even say anything to me at first, and then when they finally asked what i needed and i found out my drinks were on the shelf the whole time, he just points behind him and says have a good one. have some respect for your customers and at least pretend to show basic human decency. I dont typically leave negative reviews but when it’s 8 in the morning and you already have a bad attitude the day after the r benito bowl, it effects others day. Anyways, the smoothies were good.

Place is clean. People are pleasant. However, most of the time that I come here, the smoothies are never good. Last time I left my smoothie still had chunks of ice and fruit in it. I couldn’t enjoy. They never make the smoothies sweet and never enough sauce on the flat breads. If they work on that and getting more employees the place would work great.

There was a time I frequented the tropical smoothie cafe locations … I have always enjoyed the alternative chicken option and once had many a smoothie. this time did not have a smoothie for I get plenty across the street. I enjoy the Thai wrap and wanted the corn side, tho I didn’t know it was available. I Asked and they were gonna charge me more after I already paid, so I didn’t get it. The wrap was okie dokie… I did notice they offer Splenda for a smoothie add on, that is interesting

Fantastic experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The food was delicious, and the smoothies were incredibly refreshing. The staff was friendly and provided quick, efficient service. I especially enjoyed the Chia Banana Boost, Strawberry Smoothie, Hummus Veggie Wrap, Peanut Banana Crunch Flatbread, and Sun Chips. I’ll definitely be back for another visit soon! A must-try spot for a healthy and tasty meal or snack.

I absolutely love coming here! The staff is always super friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. My order is always fresh and made perfectly. The place is clean, bright, and has such a good vibe. Definitely my favorite stop for a quick, healthy pick-me-up!

I have been ordering delivery but since 1 order issue that he resolved. I have been ordering pick up for the service. He’s been well above amazing. He raised standard for all the Tropical locations. Man of few words but his work, service and issue resolution is unmatched.

Yum!! Love that this location has so much indoor seating & isn’t crowded. I liked the simple atmosphere and the employees were super nice with everything clean even at night. Smoothies haven’t failed me here and the extra yummy ones with chocolate give you a choice between white or dark chocolate! Tough decisions. Pretty quick service (including food). It was my first time trying food at a tropical smoothie and was surprised with the options plus fair prices and a free side!

Probably the worst customer service from a gentleman I don’t know the name of bald with glasses looked and seemed like he hates his life and hates anything to do with tropical smoothie super nice lady, but the guy behind the register was absolutely terrible. Didn’t wanna look me in my eye when I switched my order from a small to a large. He didn’t seem too thrilled about it either. absolutely terrible. then handed me my food without looking me in my eyes, so have a good day without looking at me in my eyes. Just a miserable person
