First time trying this spot, and I was genuinely surprised—in a good way. I ordered the Baja Chicken Burrito, and it was packed with moist, flavorful chicken. The pickled onions added a really nice tang, and the combo of cheese and beans tied it all together perfectly.

I also got a PB&J smoothie with whey protein. The portion sizes for both the burrito and smoothie were generous, especially for just $15 plus tip—definitely a solid value for a quick lunch.

Only downside? The protein shake was a bit on the sweet side for me. I’m sure you could ask for it with less or no added sugar next time.

Staff was friendly and quick, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!

My gosh! Leya is a multitasking queen that deserves to get paid for 3 people. She was incredibly fast and efficient. As much as I love getting my order super fast, I don’t like the idea of making someone work double to save the owner money and still keep customers satisfied. I’d like to take a second to shame the owner for overworking these two kids and not properly staffing the place. The owner is incredibly lucky to have employees like this, and I hope bonuses are involved. If not, kids, please take it one at a time.

Both ear plugs was in her ears. She has horrible customer service I was standing there over 8 minutes and she didn’t greet or acknowledge me I had to ask the guy to take my order! Last time I’m coming to this location!

We ordered food from this location through Uber Eats, who consistently I must say, is not worth it (uber eats is not worth it). We waited over an hour and a half for uber to get our food and they failed again. And again.

We decided to go into the restaurant after uber failed, frustrated and upset. We came in to find our order there sitting for an hour plus on the counter. We were honest with the staff and told them that uber messed up and it was my order. The young man, Trace behind the counter offered to remake my whole order so we could enjoy our meal that someone else failed to pick up. Amazing service! It’s great to see that good customer service still exists!

We sat down and decided to order more food to go! We’ll be back! Thank you!

I’ve visited this location several times hoping my experience would improve. I was wrong. This is my last time coming here. Staff don’t greet customers. The short young lady came to the register and stood there. Didn’t say hello or may I take your order. Rude! I observed intently while waiting and she speaks EXTREMELY low. I was standing in front of her and could barely hear her call names. I ordered the chipotle wrap and there was barely any chipotle sauce. Unfortunately, this is on par with previous visits; poor customer service, slow service and inconsistency in quality of food.

Look, I’m a huge believer that the service and atmosphere can make or break a restaurant. Greet me as I walk into the door. Literally 5-6 people came in while we were here and not a single greeting. No one spoke. Speak loud enough and enunciate your words while taking orders. Know food safety. Know your menu. Take the earbuds out of your ear. Smile and create a good vibe or place to be. Seriously if you are management, actually no, management is probably one of the kids. So if you are the owner of this location secret shop this location over the course of 2 weeks and you’ll see exactly what paying customers see.

My only compliments are that the smoothie came out decent and that the staff brought it to me instead of having me pick it up from the counter like most tropical smoothies. However my wrap was placed on the counter and no name was called.
No thank you, come back soon, no have a great day nothing.

So I won’t come back.

If you order from here, I would not recommend modifying the item or ordering any add ons. It will be ignored. It seems to be the standard for mobile orders in this establishment because its consistent. One or two times I understand. It’s every single time. There’s apparently no attention to detail.
