Great location! Smoothie is always perfect and my cali flatbread breakfast sandwich is always great. They’ve never forgotten my extra side of chipotle mayo, even when I get delivery, and I love them for that. ❤️❤️❤️ Also love there is a Tesla charger nearby so you can charge your car and get a snack at the same time. Amazing ✨

The manager will never get our business again! Not our brokerage or our family’s! I used to have good things to say about this location but I was in the store eating a smoothie bowl and it has the most God awful chemical taste like it has poison in it. This is the third time I have tasted something nasty in my smoothie at this location but the first time I have asked to get it replaced. Many of the girls who work here are kind and nice but today there was this very very miserable boy working there who told me basically get over it. The $11 I spent plus tip wasn’t being replaced. I would need to buy another smoothie if I wasn’t happy. I was shocked! I am a realtor and have never had someone treat me like this. Granted I never complain about food either but when something tastes like straight chemicals/poison and I’m the one being mistreated over it something needs to change! I thought surely the manager will tell her to make me another one but she came back and said I needed to purchase another one at $11 even though the first one wasn’t edible. I spend literally $100/week at this location not including my mom! Very poor customer service. I absolutely love some of the girls that work there. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the management or the new boy. I will make sure my Mom stops placing her large weekly orders as well. We can make our own smoothies at home and not worry about being poisoned. I am still in shock they treated me this way or refused to replace my smoothie bowl that tasted like straight cleaning supplies! Poor business management! I’m a local realtor! Our office is next door and my family spends a lot of money in this place! No more!

Smoothie was great and was able to jump on the WiFi and work from here in between appointments and they had great music! Also, when you sit at a place for a little while I got to see the great service to everyone and Tamika was great with myself and everyone who came in! She realizes her regulars and they love her!

Usually I have had great experiences there. This time my smoothie was full of honey to the point where I didn’t taste anything else, so I asked for it to be remade. It was remade and full of water this time. Both times it was made by the female manager or owner and I just don’t think it was made with consideration just rushed.

I was awarded a smoothie from my T-Mobile Tuesday app and the smoothie was a mocha madness, not a fan of their mocha flavor, the location is good, customer service was non existent.
We split a wrap which was good. Ordered horrible sweet potatoes that cost 3$ to upgrade.
Several employees behind the counter and not one smile or greeting. My boyfriend ordered separate from me and he ordered first. Once his order was complete the cashier turned around and I stood there and waited for them to wash several of the blenders before they came back and took my order. My boyfriends order was done at the same time that I placed my order. I didn’t understand why the cashier didn’t just take my order following my boyfriends order. I know this sounds petty but there was complete lack of situational awareness .
When the smoothie was brought to me they called my name and handed it to me. The entire time I was there not one smile, greeting or anything. Either everyone there is miserable and hates working in the service industry or they all lack situational awareness and any emotional intelligence.
Its a smoothie shop, I get it but a smile goes far!

I had a fantastic visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe thanks to the outstanding service from Alexis, Brianna and Cynthia. Both were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions, and made great recommendations based on what I was looking for.
My smoothie was fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I like it. The store was also clean, well-organized, and had a positive vibe. It’s clear that the team takes pride in their work and truly cares about the customer experience.

20 minutes to get a chicken wrap after waiting patiently they told me “ they don’t have rice “ Wednesday 2:00pm. all the time waiting for nothing… then another 15 more minutes later I finally get the wrap. employees on the food department are slower than a turtle, they take forever to do a simply wrap. It a shame ! Doesn’t seem they know what are they doing or not wanting to work. On top of that I said no spicy sauce e and guess who got a wrap dip on red sauce ?

I must admit that the location in Sun City Center is by far the cleanest, well managed Tropical Smoothie I’ve stepped foot in… hands down andddddd it always smells good lol. The ladies/gents who work at this location puts a lot of pride and effort in preparing food items. I’m a Happy customer every timeeeeeee lol!!!!!!! Thank you !

Update: We found a new lunch time favorite! The Ultimate Club sandwich is bursting with flavor and super filling for a midday or evening meal. The chipotle chicken club flatbread was also delicious and as expected… flavorful. So far, we have not found a single food item that was not spectacular! Tropical smoothie is our new favorite “fast food” destination!
So excited Tropical Smoothie came to town! This location has had great service the two times we visited. Even on a Thursday evening when they were swamped with take out orders, the food was served hot, fresh and in a timely manner. The staff is courteous and attentive. We will definitely be back often and I highly recommend this location.
We have tried 4 menu options so far and they have all been fantastic!
I tried the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap with Maple sweet potatoes. It was delicious! My only complaint was the HEAVY onion. Next time I will have them leave those off.
My husband ordered the Baja Chicken wrap with jalapeño corn. If you like spicy this is perfect. Not unpleasantly hot but your definitely feel the heat.
This morning we tried the Peanut Butter Banana Crunch Flatbread. It strikes me as a comfort food. Sweet and filling. If you like pancakes in the morning then this flatbread hits the spot.
My new favorite though is the Southwest Wrap. DELIGHTFUL! This wrap had wonderful flavor and was SO SAVORY! A fantastic brunch item to set you up for a productive afternoon.
We paired with everything with a smoothie. They are perfectly blended so there are no chunks of ice.
