This location has always been hit or miss but today 11/7/25 was a terrible experience. Who ever the kid was making the smoothies appeared to be doing just whatever his heart desired because he was messing peoples order up. Having folks waiting for smoothies as they just either sat on the counter in a cup or would leave smoothies in the blender and forget they were in there and start working on other orders. I got 1 of my 2 drinks and waited at least 20 minutes before any staff noticed that I was still there waiting while some other customers were ordering and leaving. My second drink was forgotten about and was eventually made but the overall service was really, really bad today.

I purchased 2 Mango Monsoon smoothies today. The young lady that took my order was rude ! Her name isn’t on my receipt or I’d put her name in the review. Petite gal with dark hair. She ran out of something while making my drinks and went to the back. When she finally finished making the drinks she placed them on the counter and said mango monsoon and walked off. No straws, no thank you and all attitude. I know good help is hard to find, but having an employee that clearly doesn’t want to be there and treats the customers poorly, needs to move on. She was also wearing a jacket with fury stuff around the hood and had hair all over her. YUCK! Needless to say, my drinks sucked, my experience sucked and I think I find another place to buy my smoothies!

Ordered PB Protein Crunch Bowl and was not satisfied with it! And the awesome Management Team responded immediately to fix the problem. Thank you management team! I placed a curbside order just to watch from my car two girls sitting in the back. A guy walk in just for them to talk to them and not make orders. Than after 10 mins when my order said it should be placed they finally make my drink and place it on the self which i out curbside. Walked in and they were both focused on this boy and talking to him no greeting and my drinks on the self the label litterly saying curbside. This store has always lacked customer service honestly ur better off at planet smoothie a minute down.

Whether it’s a smoothie or food this place never disappoints, everything is always on point. My favorite smoothie is the Bahama Mama and my favorite wrap is the spinach and feta, both are so good, they are def my go to!!!

I wish I can leave 0 stars. I came in today around 8pm, I asked for 2 bahama mamas and the lady prepared it wrong it had no flavor it tasted like melted ice. I went back in because I didn’t think it was fair to me to spend 17$ on 2 smoothies that had no flavor. When I go back in I asked the same lady that prepared the smoothie kindly if she could re make it because it tasted like melted ice and she just looked at me grab the smoothies from my hand and threw them. So I assumed she was going to remake it and took a seat. All this literally took over 30 minutes when all I wanted was a smoothie the same one I always get, well she remade it and told the lady from the register who originally took my order can you remake these for me and then she literally re made them but it was the one who had made them at first, because I go back to my car thinking now they will taste better and then after taking a sip it literally taste the same . No flavor. Melted ice. I called them asked to speak with management and she answered the call the lady that made the smoothie and told me I’m the one who made your smoothie I apologize but there is no manager and asked to transfer me to the lady who had taken my order and then continued to say “hello” “hello” acting as if she couldn’t hear me. Then I called back again and asked for her name which I’m assuming you had to make it up, she said Carolisa. I’m trying my best to describe in most detail my horrible experience as I will never be getting a smoothie from here again. My husband and I usually go there every week and they taste very good. But today was just awful. And even the people parked next to us asked me you too? It taste weird right. I really hope the owner or higher management sees this review and can handle this matter I lost 17$ today and waited over 30 mins just for a smoothie to be remade and still turned out with no taste but hopefully this could be readdressed for the next customer. I was told who took my order today was Carolisa the same one who made it twice and answered the phone and didn’t even want to help me speak to management or the lady who took my order. Even if she lied about her name maybe, I hope by knowing it was today I had this experience around 8pm management could figure out the employee. I personally, will no longer go to this location again.

I visited Tropical Smoothie Café on the morning of Wednesday, December 11, and it was such a memorable experience! The two women working that morning were absolutely amazing. They were so friendly and welcoming, and their energy truly lit up the place. The smoothie I ordered was delicious, perfectly blended, and exactly what I needed to kick off my day.
What made this visit extra special was that it was my birthday. Their kindness and genuine enthusiasm turned what could’ve been a regular stop into something so meaningful. So sad I didn’t get their names but 10/10.
The café had such a positive vibe, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making my day so special!

Just ate here and Jose and Abby were amazing. They were polite, courteous, friendly, and everything came out. Amazing and fast! Will definitely be back soon. These two deserve a raise!
