First time ever trying tropical smoothie and I have to say Its the Best protein smoothie I’ve ever had! I think her name was Aminah she made my smoothie and had such an amazing personality and customer service. Definitely will be coming back!! Lily was great aswell!

I’ve been a regular customer of this location since it’s opening a few years ago. I routinely get the Buffalo Chicken wrap, which at this point has gone through a couple of price increases, however the wrap just keeps getting smaller. When I say small, I am able to eat it in 7-8 bites. Would you pay $9.39 for this? I no longer will. When the assistant manager is there, she makes sure it is made with good value as I have voiced my concerns previously, however when she is not, it is the size of a typical McDonalds snack wrap.
Terrible value for the money, and I’m not going back at this point.

Stay away, at least on Sunday.
We went in for a simple Sandwich and açaí bowl. 4 girls came in after us and got their food before us. 1/2 hour later I got my sandwich , which was horrible. They wouldn’t take. $50 dollar bill when the order came to $30.00. So Inpitnit on my card and it automatically charged me a 24% tip because the cashier didn’t let me give a cash tip. Never again this place is horrible. The one on 19 in Holiday is ran much better.

Needs to listen better to the customer i had to repeat myself 5 times to pickup an order that was not ready they need to qork on there customer service skills and need to be retrained on liaten when a customer is talking it was they working on the line at 10:30 am orderstill not ready waited 10 minutes did not have food ready tried just handed me the drink no food needs to check full order before handing out one thing retrained needed and the front door needs to be fixed only one side qorks

I have been to this TS location 3 times. Each time I order the same smoothie and maybe once have I tasted peanut butter. Today my peanut butter paradise tasted like sweet water and absolutely no hint of peanut butter or banana. Way too much ice to the point that I had to wait for it to melt to be able to drink it. I attached a picture of holes in my smoothie to show there was nothing smooth about it, just ice.

Came in to get my kid a smoothie after summer camp this afternoon. I was the only person in there yet it took 20 minutes to have my smoothie made. It took all my strength not to get unsaid. All I ordered was a kid Strawberry banana with orange juice. My kid has allergies yet she was adding powders and other ingredients. Will never visit this place again.
