I never write reviews, but after seeing so many negative ones, I had to say something do NOT listen to them! This location is great and the staff are absolutely amazing.
Yes, sometimes it’s busy and there can be a little wait, but my smoothie tastes the same every single time no matter how busy they are and that’s what truly matters.
The real reason I’m writing this review is because of the employees. I don’t know their names, but there’s a girl with long brown hair who has the BEST energy she’s amazing! And the manager with blue hair is just as great. She always makes my drink perfectly. One time I had to stay late at work and couldn’t pick up my order, and the manager remade it for me the next day with no charge. That meant so much.
I actually stopped coming to this location about three years ago because of poor management, but I decided to give it another try a couple weeks ago with my daughter and now I’ve been back at least once a week. My point is: spread positivity. There’s always time to write bad reviews, but rarely time for good ones. Appreciate the people making your food and smoothies!

So good. Never had an issue with the food or smoothies. There can be a bit of a wait during rush so order ahead. This location as also been written messages and drawing pictures on the cups. It’s so cute! I love it. ❤️

I used to enjoy coming to get a smoothie 4x a week. I went in on the 10th and they ran my card 7x charging me $1.25 each time. Then charged full price. Their system was not cooperating. I waited for an hour before I finally left with the smoothies. I left my number for the owner to rectify the 7 $1.25 charges. When we left and treated the Smoothies they tasted like water. We threw them out. I waited 5 days and never heard from the owner. I went in tonight and a treated as though I were stupid for asking for the refund for all of the $1.25 charges and 2 replacement Smoothie. They told me the owner wasn’t going to do anything so I got the owner’s number. The owner refused to make things right and told me I would have to send my bank statement to corporate and see what they would do. It’s not bad enough that I submitted the proof, and waited hours only to receive the original 3 watered down smoothies. I left and went to the other location in town only to find out they’re the same owners. Needless to say I will be traveling a little distance to enjoy my smoothies elsewhere. I’ll also mention that there have been multiple occasions where I’ve gone in and the employees were cursing and carrying on and toilet paper trails from the bathrooms. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! THEY CHARGE YOU UNNECESSARY CHARGES AND REFUSE TO REFUND!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
12/21 Still haven’t received the refund for the money this company stole from me by making me swipe my card 8 times and they weren’t willing to give me replacement smoothies for the watered down smoothies. I talked with the owner on the phone. All I got was the automated reply to this review with their fake apology. I guess I will take this complaint to the Better Business Bureau seeing this company isn’t willing to give back the money they took from me even after I submitted the proof.

You ask why I gave a one star rating? I had the sweetest girl take my order. But the other girl with her, something was off. She had purple hair, no judgment but looked extremely mad. And had an outburst in front of a mother and daughter. I’ve been introduced to tropical smoothie cafes, and I can’t get enough of them.But this one I will never return. I feel so sorry for the girl that has to work with purple hair.

We go every day this time of year and this is a greasy mess. Disgusting. Had to bring the drinks back in and have a add more ice and could not finish the wrap because it was just too greasy terrible. Someone owes me a rap.

Absolutely disgraceful! They had a rude person smoking right next to the door, so you get a lungful of wrenched smoke before going in. The manager wouldn’t do a thing about it. They even put provisions outside for smokers right next to the entrance! Then, when I inquired about which smoothies were vegan, they did not answer me but gave me a menu instead. I pointed out only vegetarian options were marked, to which the cashier curtly replied that was the same thing. Of all the impudence! They are certainly not the same thing at all. Even the manager was then rude, asking me to tell her what the difference was. It is certainly not my job to educate people in the restaurant business on cuisine their establishment does or does not offer! Both employees also were unprofessional in appearance with scraggly hair and rumpled clothes in clashing colors. I was disgusted with the entire experience and will not be returning.

Went to pick up an order for a customer. Two girls standing at counter one weighing a smoothie she was about to drink . The other one fixing a smoothie both look it each other like well who’s gonna help her . So the one with curly hair finally says are you picking up . Yes for …… gives me the smoothie with attitude and no straw . I asked for a cup holder. Oh we don’t have those ! I will never spend my money here . Very poor service and bad attitudes .
