Just wanted to brag on the 2 gals (Nina G & her coworker) on lunch shift today as they were very friendly to everyone who came in, even when it got busy.
Their kindness & care for customers can’t be taught, it’s just natural & it makes a difference! They likely aren’t told just how important it is to a business & the owner. I hope your bosses treasure you both! Thank you ladies.

My whole order was doomed from the beginning! What a waste of my time and Money, my Server Completely screwed my Order gave me the wrap instead of Salad and gave me Sun chips instead of lays I threw the whole Sandwich out of the window Never unwrapped it because it wasn’t what I wanted.Cant even follow simple instructions!! No PB or whey protein were available when I went here to place an order over a short lunch break. The meal I ended up ordering took a long time to be prepared. The food itself (oat/chia pudding) was quite good, but I did not feel like it alone made up for the slow meal turnaround, lack of key ingredients, or lack of attempt from the server to suggest alternatives. The experience was fine, just not 5 starts

Did a mobil order pick up and arrived when my food was suppose to be done, ended up waiting another 15-20 minutes for my food. They forgot one of my chips and my Caesar salad was hot, like the salad was deflated and the spinach and lettuce was cooked down making it not edible. Smoothies were good but I will never order a salad from here again, especially for the price I paid for it.

Nah, this is the dustiest Tropical Smoothie location I’ve ever been to. There is an upcharge to have the sweet potatoes as a side just for them to give me this tiny bit of microwaved, old sweet potato in a crushed container. The wrap barely had any chicken and was cold and flavorless. Never again.
They don’t seem to take pride in the food they serve to their customers. Also, a delicious smoothie that I’ve ordered at other Tropical Smoothie locations tasted watery and unblended from this one.

Be warned, your order may be wrong, and there will almost certainly be a wait to fix it. I have brushed off most wrong orders, but this is probably the 10th time in a year.

The picture showe the all American wrap full of egg and bacon and cheese. I got something that had a tiny bit of bacon and cheese and the egg was nearly non-existent the whole wrap was almost all wrap and maybe a half inch thick while the picture is like over an inch or 2 in thick … very disappointed.

Howie The manager was extremely caring and communicated with me about the importance of the surveys how it helps the whole restaurant and Company. A few months ago, I visited this store when it first opened and was truly impressed by its cleanliness and bright atmosphere. Not to mention, the smoothies and wraps were absolutely delicious! Fast forward to today, and I am thrilled to say that the store has maintained its stunning appearance and welcoming vibe. This time, I tried the Acai Bowl, and it was a delightful experience. You could taste the freshness of the fruits, and it was evident that the bowl itself was crafted with care and passion. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Without a doubt, this place has become our go-to spot!
