Was surprised to see when the GPS took me to a large building and parking lot, but then I saw the sign in the parking lot and a little walkway that took you around the back of the building and then I saw the tables outside and the open sign. It’s crazy, but I was surprised. Then I went in with my kids and the guy who took my order was the same guy who made my food, Ajay. Super sweet, humble, nice guy, who knows how to make food. I go to lots of tropical smoothies but for some reason my southwest wrap tasted better here. So good in fact that I went back and ordered a cali flat bread, and again delicious. And it was quick too which was crazy cause I think he was back there by himself, but the food tasted like he took his time with it, well made, cooked and prepared. Thanks Ajay! You made our day brother.

This place is in such a weird spot. It’s located in the back of what looks like a large research building. If you struggled to find it, don’t worry – you’re not alone. Food was great as usual, though. I got the acai bowl. Service was also fast & efficient.

The food was excellent and made to order! The service was a bit slow but everything else was as expected. The place is kind of hard to find, is on the side of a building. I ordered the Thai Chicken Salad and I really love the Thai peanut dressing! I paired that with a green detox smoothie. Yummy!!

Terrible management of the store ! It’s the only place in the vicinity but the employees make the orders at least 20% of the time wrong. The manager is never at the store, just newly hired employees. I love the food in tropical smoothie and I wish there was a better management here.

I agree about the taste: is delicious! But, it is just me, or the sandwiches are now really half sandwiches… I really hope is a mistake since it was to go, but, I’m very dissapointed, I usually have the two halfs!

Edit: they sent me a $6 coupon for my bad review???? Im not going back!!! Straight to the trash! Not a manager called me or even offered an apology in the mail. Marketing – do better!
After waiting 10 minutes after checking in on the app for curbside, I call them, and they do not offer curbside. A call when I placed the order, when the order was ready or when I checked in the app should have taken place before me calling them. I asked for them to cancel my order because I wasn’t going to walk in to accept my now cold quesadilla because of their lack of communication.

I’m only bothering to leave a review because of how disappointed I am. I’ve had tropical smoothie mocha madness in several different states. But this was by far the worst one I have ever had.
It was literally chocolate flavored ice that I couldn’t even use a straw with. They didn’t even bother to blend the smoothie which is what they are known for making. Probably wouldn’t have added less than 30 seconds to the prep but made a world of difference for me and the money I wasted. I regret this purchase and this tropical smoothie is in the running for the worst one in America as far as I am concerned.

Make sure you call well in advance if you’re looking to eat during lunch (12:00-2:00). The staff was overwhelmed and it took 50 min to make a Chicken Caprese sandwich. While I sat patiently waiting, I observed countless customers coming back to have their wrong order corrected. I did not observe the employees making any effort to speed things up to reduce the wait for those ordering food. The wait for a smoothie was a little bit fast, at roughly 15 min.
