The team member who took my order (name on the receipt: Jereisy F) was incredibly kind and genuinely helpful. She took the time to share tips about the app that I wasn’t even aware of, and she did it in such a natural, thoughtful way—not rushed or scripted.
I’ll be honest: if I’m not sitting down or being “served,” I don’t usually tip for service. But her warmth and authenticity completely changed that for me. She made the interaction feel personal, not transactional, and that kind of customer service is rare.

I usually order through the mobile app for pickup. The customer service has always been top notch. One of the employees brought my food to the table without me even realizing it had already been ready for pickup. The food was always fresh and the store is always clean. This place is great.

Every time I come for a national flip-flop day, they always have to ask if you are wearing flip-flops which would be answered if they look at my feet.
But other than that, most the time after getting the staff’s attention they are helpful and typically give me a mini cup and cut the straw and have to help me share my smoothie with my baby.

I should give them a 1 star, but I believe in second chances…. Brand new store, got in to check out menu… 3 employees at the front one at the POS and the other 2 around. No greeting at all, no one asked me if I need help. 2 minutes walked away.

I personally love coming here to this location. The entire staff is extremely friendly and efficient. 2 things you can never go wrong within a hospitality industry. I never have to wait over 5 min for items. In addition, any suggestion towards a new smoothie I always try it. I come here after every basketball workout and its the best way to end the day. I also want to give a special thanks to Natalie she is an employee and extremely courteous. Thank you so much it’s the little things that matter!
