This place is FANTASTIC! I have never had an issue at this location with my orders. Always a great stop for an energizing healthy smoothie. They are always delicious and make me feel way better over stopping for some greasy fried fastfood!

This morning, I stopped in to the Altamonte Springs tropical smoothie because I wanted a smoothie while I was there, I decided to pick up a flatbread for lunch I was green did warmly by Haley who I was just in awe with her service. I mentioned to her that I will be reheating the flatbread for lunch and if it was possible for her to put the lettuce on the side because it because it doesn’t reheat properly not only did she accommodate my very weird request she went above and beyond to also place the sauce on the side so when I did reheat the sandwich, everything would be fresh. Haley, I appreciate your dedication to serving. It was definitely top-tier.

Extremely disappointed by the service i’ve received the last two times i’ve been here. I have a severe peanut allergy and I asked for them to clean the blender prior to making my smoothie, as i’ve always done. The girl at the counter looked at me, paused for a second before rudely saying “no”. It’s been the same girl both times I’ve encountered named jay-marie. This type of service and experience has never happened before to me at any other Tropical Smoothie location.

Thank you in advance for reading this. I’m disappointed in the service I received at Tropical Smoothie on SR 434. This was my first time coming to this establishment. On arrival, the 1st young lady was very kind to me. The employee walked me through the menu and helped me feel less nervous than I was concerned about. I asked if I could try a sample, and she said yes. The young lady asked her partner for a small selection for me to taste. The employee, now known as Priscilla, informed the coworker no. Priscilla approached me and said I couldn’t get a sample because they just got a big catering order and were low on the items. Wow, I was blown. What that has to do with me, I thought to myself. I decided to explain to her this was my first time here, and I didn’t want to get something unpleasant. Then Priscilla came with another excuse. Well, if my manager was here, I could give you a sample. Wow, another blow. This is the service your corporations provide. Well, you can have it. This is not a place of business I will return to. Priscilla needs to go back to school and learn customs service. How can you honor something and then take it back? This is not an honorable company.

The food and smoothies are so good, I started going here every Monday-Thursday because I got a job and work at the college next to it as a Professor’s Assistant at Seminole State. Food is always fresh, cheap, and delicious.
If you sign up for the app you can get good deals and build up points. My favorite is the kid’s Turkey and cheddar wrap with kale & apple slaw and the paradise point smoothie half sugar.
I definitely recommend eating here for quick and good food, ordering online it’s always ready and tasty. Employees are friendly too.

The employees at this store are extremely unprofessional and rude. They disrespect customers and their requests while speaking Spanish, assuming that customers won’t understand them, which is not the case. It is completely ridiculous to make customers uncomfortable for food they’re paying for.
