Smoothie was good, fresh and flavorful. The wrap was just ok. The service was ok. Staffing was awful. The young lady who made our smoothies was great – however, they were short staffed and she was slammed with online ordering and in-store orders. She was on her “A game “. I wish I could remember her name. The person helping her was terrible and slow. By the time the Smoothie Maker made 10 smoothies, the other gal didn’t even have my daughters wrap done.
In my own opinion, make one thing Great and stick to it… don’t make a bunch of mediocre things and think you can have a successful business…it just draws bad reviews.
Stick to smoothies only and get some dedicated staff.

Huge shoutout to the amazing employee at Tropical Smoothie Café in Gulf Breeze who was working solo this morning and absolutely crushing it! Even while hustling to keep up, he stayed upbeat, friendly, and just radiated positive energy—something that’s often missing in the service industry these days.
It’s refreshing to walk in for a pickup order and be greeted with a smile rather than indifference. That kind of attitude makes all the difference, and was truly appreciated. Such a wonderful spot! Smoothies were absolutely delicious and the breakfast was so good! So nice coming to a resturant and the food is fresh, the drinks are nutritious, and everything overeall was amazing. Will definitly be coming back!

I asked for no blueberries in my açai bowl, and she put blueberries in it but then took them off with a spoon after when I asked to get the blueberries taken off, she also took off the Nutella that was on top. Then I asked for more Nutella because there was none on it and she made me pay an additional charge for more. In my opinion this is not acceptable and I feel it was not needed to pay for something I didn’t ask for.

My husband and I grabbed some Detox Green Smoothies & they were missing the banana causing them to be very bitter. Also, the young lady serving us did not greet us or even ask what we would like, which felt a little rude. The place usually has a nice atmosphere but this experience was not the best.

The place is in need of tlc. My wrap did not taste done all the way it had almost a gooey texture. Can hear private conversations going on while waiting for food. The staff wasn’t to bad but not friendly. My smoothie was really good though the smoothie gets a 10/10 but the food gets a 1/10 and the service could definitely be better. But I think that’s most places these days. When I went to pay it asked me to leave a tip of 10-15% just hate when places pressure you to tip when you are literally dining in. It’s just very tasteless. Won’t be back.

The peanut banana smoothie was great. Would not recommend chicken ceasar salad though. It was pretty mediocre to put nicely. Def not worth the money that’s for sure.
