Bianca is the manager of the store. She maintains a clean friendly atmosphere for customers to enjoy their lunch or breakfast. The food and drinks are consistently good and a great value. I have eaten at the other TSC in Palm Coast that is much closer to us but whoever runs that establishment is cheap with ingredients and not so friendly service or consistent food or drinks. I’ll ALWAYS go the extra mile to eat at Tropical Smoothie Cafe @ 250 Palm Coast Pkwy NE as long as Bianca is the manager or can clone herself if she decides to leave.

The employees were so kind and so fast the most we waited was probably 3 min very fast no line anytime we went and if you ordered a big smoothie and want to split it you can ask for separate cups and they have no problem doing it, one big smoothie fits into 3 small cups. Overall its such a great and awesome place its usually $3-10 per person and the portions for the acai look small but there’s so much fresh fruits and honey and granola it fills you right up not to little and not to much perfect for breakfast or even lunch. I know I already said this but the employees are so nice they are so so kind. There is plenty of seats, there’s tables for 2 and a high top counter were you can see them make it and a long table that fits 6 I think, with a water/beach wall paper. Definetly would recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. At first, girls were so nice helping me look through the allergy list, find ingredients and see what was safe for my allergies (gluten and dairy). I ordered a bowl on the menu and just asked for no granola. They were made VERY clear of my allergies and then gave me a bowl with Nutella (not an ingredient even in the bowl I ordered). I took one bite and recognized something was wrong – asked if she put Nutella in the bowl. She said yes and that it was all her fault, she didn’t mean to add it in, that it used to be in the bowl. It was a catastrophic mistake. Whole day and vacation ruined.

Well, Google will get you lost and they need to fix it. Tropical Smoothy Cafe is directly beside Brasstap. But just like everyone Tropical Smoothy Cafe I’ve been in, it’s comfortable and has a pleasant staff. And the caramelized pineapple Smoothy is a worthy addition to the menu

Their online system is horrible my daughter has a game today and they waited until the last minute to lie and say they never received the order and didn’t try to make it for the Dasher and charge me over the phone they are so lazy they didn’t make it at all and wasted the door Dashers time now my kid has nothing to eat before her game

What a joke! I ordered food for 40 people for my office, and it was a mess. I ordered sandwiches/wraps and 2 large salads. First off, there were no plates, forks, servicing utensils, or napkins. How are you supposed to fix and enjoy a salad without those basic necessities? When I had my catering service contact them to find out why they weren’t delivered, they said it was due to a shortage with their vendor, and they wouldn’t provide those things for catering. I spent almost $400 on food. You couldn’t run out to Publix to get those for this order? Seriously!!! Second, the salad was delivered on disposable tray platter tops. Come on, what a joke of a restaurant. Won’t ever use them again, and will tell my entire company not to use them for any more meetings. If you’re reading this, just don’t do it. It’s not worth it.
