The ladies at the Beville location can be nicer. Every time I go in for puck up service I say Thank you and nothing. A person doesn’t even get greeted upon entry of the store. Only thing I would change and of course more special offers for customers.

This location is literally the worst in all of the county. Customer service is not a thing here. They don’t greet you when you come in. They walk up to the register like it’s the last thing they want to be doing. If you call, they never answer. Yesterday I waited 30 minutes for my food just to find out they forgot to make the order and I had to wait longer for them to make it, all while on my lunch break at work that I didn’t get to take because they took so long. Now, today, my food was ready but when I got back to work it was made entirely wrong. Asked for no lettuce, no tomato, and no ranch but I got all 3. Do you think they said sorry or anything? Of course not. They didn’t even answer the phone so I had to drive back up here just to get my food fixed and all they said was “yea, we tagged it wrong.” No sorry or anything. Your employees will be the reason I tell my entire company to stop coming here. This is just one incident of many that I have had with this horrible location. Make the extra drive to go to a different one if you can, they clearly do not care about efficiency or quality. Oh, and the free smoothie offer is really half off because my $8 smoothie only gets me a $4 credit? Riggghhhttt

I need to stop going to this location hands down the worst one I have ever been too. The employees are rude and lack customer service skills. My food takes forever to be prepared! Takes them forever to even come to take anyone’s order! Even when I order prior to pick up food is never ready on time. I order salt and vinegar chips with my meal when I was handed my order I was given regular sea salt chips. When mentioning it was not what I ordered I was informed they were out of them which is no issue however don’t assume what I would like in place or it! I go to eat my chicken pesto flatbread and it’s not even prepared properly, missing the ingredients that it’s suppose to come with and I ordered it as it is!

Please tell me how this happens? I’m so glad my coworker didn’t choke on this and immediately was able to spit it out. For reference this is a PLASTIC BREAD TIE! Absolutely unacceptable that this was not noticed.

Horrible customer service. There was only one person working and it was her first day. After waiting 30 minutes for a subpar flatbread and honestly nasty smoothie (those came out 15 minutes apart). Some other workers came from the back to help her but gave the customers at the front attitude when they asked how long their order would take.

Honestly the place is extremely dirty and was questionable for me to even place an order. The employees working were very unprofessional. One was on the phone cursing, the others were screaming at one another and pictured below is how my drink was handed to me. $10 down the drain because ew. Owner needs to get it together if they want to keep their business producing revenue. That was awful and I’d never go there again.
