To the managers of this store: the young lady that is at the drive-through at this location at 9:30 AM on this day has the most horrible attitude. She even charged me for things that I didn’t even order. She was very vague and lacked communication when ordering. Very poor customer service. She had the nastiest attitude out of this world.
I love tropical smoothie but being from Sandy Springs as a visitor & as a manager myself, knowing the importance of showing good customer service to a loyal customer, that’s number one for me. I can’t say the same for her.
Tropical smoothie Hinesville do better! I give it a two star.

The smoothies are refreshing and packed with flavor, but they can be a bit too sweet. I loved the Bahama Mama, but the food was just okay—sandwiches were a little dry. Service was hit-or-miss, sometimes quick, sometimes slow. The place has a chill vibe, but seating is limited. Great for a quick grab-and-go, but I wouldn’t come just for the food

I love Tropical Smoothie cafe but today I had really weird experience. We walked in and nobody wanna take order . The cashier def has communication issues and really far from costumer service, as a costumer of course I wasn’t expecting fancy show , just take the order !!! How could it be hard . Good smoothie but horrible service!!!! Not recommended

I love this place. Every time I have a long shift, I will pick up a smoothie from here to keep me going for the rest of the day. I have pictured the dragon fruit smoothie, but my ultimate favorite is the “sunrise sunset” smoothie, it has orange juice in it and it re-energizes me. The employees are always super friendly and fast!

I ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch and got one strip of bacon on one side of the sandwich. Horrible, the first one had no bacon. when I ordered it a year ago. Trying to give them a second chance. They failed. I will not recommend this place to eat. If you do not have bacon just say you don’t have bacon or not enough.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times and have been consistently let down. I always end up getting skimped on my food. Ordered an Acai bowl and it was completely melted and it was only half full. Ordered a kale apple side salad and there were two pieces of kale. The manager always seems on top of everything, but the other staff seem too much in a rush to be able to ensure the food is good quality/quantity. I won’t be returning to this location unless I stop getting ripped off. I respect the workers and know they’re trying their best, but my portion was very disappointing for how much I paid.

Service was fast, Good customer service, very clean inside and out. This location does have delivery with DoorDash and Uber Eats and with any made to order spot there is a waiting time here so please tip your delivery driver.

I like their smoothies but the quality isn’t what it used be. I spent $18 on two drinks that were undrinkable because the ice wasn’t blended well. It kept glogging the straw. When I actually got some of the drink I had to crunch down the ice. I finally gave up and threw it away.

My review is based on service only. There are 4 people working right now. I stood at the counter for 3 minutes while they didn’t say anything. They saw me and didn’t say we will be right with you or anything. I finally sat down and ordered on my app. I will not be coming to this location again.
