This place is a hit or miss for me at least with the food. Sometimes it comes out cooked perfect, other times it isn’t. Smoothie’s on the other hand I haven’t had a problem with. Also how long it takes to get your order can vary vastly. Don’t expect it to be done by the time the app says. Cook often doesn’t change gloves when going between drive thru register and cook station.

I ordered through the app and mistakenly chose the Dublin location instead of Warner Robins. I couldn’t cancel because the phone number online is wrong on your website. Please correct the phone number on your website. It’s a Macon number that goes to voicemail. Number is not listed on Google either.

Went by 1/30/2026 the workers there was sorry as they come. I wanted a yogurt said they was out. When we rode by. They was sitting around. Liening over on the table where food is prep. Watching their phones. I feel like they just didn’t won’t to make anything. But it’s ok. I get the stuff to make my own. It would have been nice to get one. Why I was in town.

This is the fifth time that I have been in the drive thru, and it has taken me 25+ minutes to get my order. I only ordered a smoothie & side of kale slaw. The inside was not packed. It took 26 minutes today from the time I ordered to the time that I received my food. There were only 3 cars in front of me from the time I arrived. I cut off my car, got out the car, a person behind joined me to complain about the wait time as well. If this was the first or maybe second occurrence, I wouldn’t care, but this happens WAY too often. I would leave, but the drive thru is made to where you can’t so you are trapped. I love Tropical Smoothie, but I do not love their service. When I spoke with the inside workers, Kiara told me that was how they were trained, and that there was nothing they could do.
**** I have eaten at multiple tropical smoothie locations various times including Statesboro, Macon, Warner Robins, Valdosta, and Pooler. Dublin is the only place that is super slow. Statesboro’s drive thru for example is incredibly quick.

Traveling Ram (BLACK Traveling Ram)
Customer service is horrible. I walked in and wasn’t greeted and there was a discussion in front of me about who was going to take my order. We eat here a lot and the service is always terrible but the he food is good. Please train your employees to treat their customers better and then I’ll start back tipping. They appear to be trying to prepare for closing at 7:30 on a Friday? I’m not tipping for bad service and an ignorance stare.

First time going by the Dublin location today and I was not satisfied. One person in front of us and it took 20 mins to get our smoothies in the drive thru. Extremely slow. Not to mention when we received our drinks, we were told “I hope these are right” and they taste so water down! I NEVER say or review much but I know this is new and can be changed for a better direction than what it is going. We LOVE smoothies but won’t be back for a while as I’m not spending $16 for 2 smoothies that are so water down.

10/10 highly recommend! love this place! My favorites right now are: Tropical Dragon Passion (add Blueberries), chicken caesar wrap, chocolate chip cookies, Sausage egg cheese quesadilla in the morning, sunshine smoothie, sunrise sunset, all the super veggies i just add more pineapples for taste & the chipotle chicken club!! Suggest remixing smoothies to your liking but they are fast, food fresh & place is clean. The kale apple slaw not too bad either. I always order ahead through the app to get my points and since food is made to order and to avoid waiting in line I’m able to just pick up inside at the recommended time.

Are y’all out of coconut cream or something? The past two times I’ve ordered I’ve gotten severely sick; symptoms I only experience when I eat yogurt or milk. Please don’t replace coconut cream with milk. I’d rather you just make me a whole different drink. I feel horribly nauseous and can’t get out of bed because of these smoothies
