As a Tropical Smoothie connoisseur I can easily say this was by far my favorite experience. Everything from cleanliness to staff friendliness was beyond the typical standard. No joke… it felt like I was getting the loyal/royal customer treatment .
On this particular day I decided to splurge a little bit and went with the the Sunrise Sunset (not pictured) and **customized** Peanut Paradise with Whey Protein, coconut and honey. Nobody batted an eye when I made all my substitutions; just smiles and superb service. For food I went with my go to Caribbean Jerk Wrap with the Jalapeño Corn , ’twas delicious per usual!
All in all this was a 5/5 experience and a great reminder why I have switched to Tropical Smoothie as my preferred smoothie joint in general. I am not typically in Braselton (I just happened to be up here for work) but if I am ever remotely in this general vicinity, I’ll be going out of my way to make sure to hit this location again!
Thank you to staff for making what I thought would be a routine visit into a memorable experience.

I almost never leave reviews, but this Tropical Smoothie deserved one. Everything was on point. It was super clean, incredibly fresh, and the smoothie was easily one of the best I’ve had. Nothing artificial, just clean, vibrant flavor.
What really stood out was the people. CJ, the owner, has clearly built an awesome team. Everyone was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely happy to be there, which made the whole experience feel different in the best way.
I walked in for a smoothie and walked out in a better mood. If you’re thinking about stopping by, do it. This place sets the standard.

We decided to go get a smoothie and upon entering the cafe, we were completely ignored, other customers entered after us and we still were ignored. If we were standing in the wrong area to order, still the young lady there didn’t instruct us to the right area. She did carry on in conversation with her friends and still didn’t acknowledge us. This was my first time visiting the cafe and will be my last because that was very rude and unprofessional. Gary O was the name on the receipt from the young lady that assisted us.
