I ordered 3 chicken quesadillas and when I got home and realized they literally put one piece of chicken and a little sprinkle of cheese in each triangle. It’s almost like they are laughing in the customer’s face. Lets not even talk about the watered down smoothies

We were not coming here to begin but opted to go for a potential better choice than chipotle. Right off the bat it was bad, the place is dirty,it hasn’t been swept or tables have been clean all day, there was two people on staff at the time, we were basically invisible for at least 7 minutes, not exaggerating one bit. As I stood by the register for a few minutes, I was finally able to request order, in which I said “ we do exist”
I ordered two salads, they were handed to me sideways risking them to tip over easily. They forgot the dressing for the salad.
But what top it off, is the greeting the customer revived as we walked out.
What a disappointment for the lack of good customer service displayed here.
Maybe it was my luck this day but I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Acai bowls are my new addiction and this may be one of the best I’ve had. For mother’s day, me and my daughter went and she also enjoyed hers! I ventured out and tried the oatmeal bowl… also yummy!!! I’m ALREADY ready to go back!

This was my first time here and I don’t think that I’ll be pushing to return. I’m big on receiving good customer service wherever I use my hard earned money.
There were 3 employees and It took my husband and I some time before we were greeted and or acknowledged.
The employees looked unhappy and uninterested to be working there and it showed in their services. There was one young lady who was making the smoothies etc with personal headphones on and hey an upsetting face as if she was angry.
The wait for longer than expected for our food.

Acai bowl is good but make sure to get it without blueberries. They don’t mind putting old berries in the bowl. Other than that, it’s good.

I ordered the Island Green smoothie and asked to sub banana for more mango, delicious! I’m actually happy they listened and really left the banana out. The flatbread was okay, but the bacon could’ve been a little crispier. Overall, good experience and great smoothie!

I had the worst service one could receive. I had gone to this location in the past and on a recent visit I noticed my usual order had increased in cost. I quickly noticed that the price listed on the display at $5.39 was being charged at the register was $5.99. After explaining to the cashier who was clueless I asked for a manager who was supposed to be a general manager. She was hostile and extremely RUDE!! She told me she can’t change the price and if I didn’t like it I could go elsewhere and she didn’t have to give her name! All while other customers were in the location. I will NEVER patronize this location again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it as well. Respect your customers or you will have none!!! If you value Respect of your hard earned dollars you may want to avoid it as well….I’m just saying….

Came to the Fayetteville location because google advised they open a 8am. When I arrived, no one was here and the hours on the door showed they open at 9. I decided to wait since I was already here. One employee finally arrived at 8:43. It is now 9:10 and the store isn’t open. I pulled on the door and employee just looked at me. I tried calling the location’s phone for and update and it just goes to voicemail. This is unacceptable!
