This is the slowest service at a tropical smoothie cafe I’ve ever witnessed. By far the poorest service ever experienced! I wish I’d paid cash so I could get fast refund and leave. 35mins for a smoothie is disgusting!!!

I love Georgia. Everyone is so nice. I’m shocked I have to write a bad review, honestly. But this place is atrocious. The first time I saw a Georgia resident visibly angry since I moved here. Waited almost an hour for my order. That’s not a problem, stores get busy, that how it works. Today I went in: 2 patrons eating in the entire restaurant. I walked in at 11:21 AM. I stood in front of the counter until 11:38. The young man in the picture didn’t even LOOK at me once, much less acknowledge my presence. The whole time he was making a wrap. He even almost dropped it to the ground. This is not an isolated incident. I’ve worked restaurants for years, behavior like this is just unacceptable. TSC would do right by their brand to shut down this branch or find a new franchise owner. Absolutely embarrassing.

The workers began playing incredibly inappropriate and vulgar music while we were in the store, when asked to stop we were told to “pipe down” and they could play what they want, continued to be rude and played sexual songs while my girlfriend and her other female friends were in the store. Incredibly rude staff, will not be returning ever, and would not ever recommend anyone go either. This happened August 15th at 7:00.

I don’t know what’s going on with places these days, but service is just not good. I asked for a thick smoothie and received it running like water, the MANAGER, came from the back with a bucket of mop water in his hand, he then went over to remake my smoothie. I asked him to wash his hands, but he smiled and spoke to me in a passive aggressive manner. He didn’t wash his hands and I asked for a refund! Get better people to work for you! He’s not one of them.. definitely following up on this service
My daughter decided she wanted a wrap today. I stopped going into this location 2 yrs ago from my last review. We walked in and waited a while. A young lady came from the back and asked were we ready and told us she saw us on camera, but we were looking at the soccer photos. I asked her was everything ok and she said we were taking too long and they didn’t know when we’d be ready. I asked her for her managers name and she said Andy and walked off. Please help this young lady with her attitude bc it’s absolutely horrible. I’ll NEVER visit this location ever again. Do better please. The rudeness my daughter and I experienced should’ve never happened.

Definition of a bad “restaurant”. We walked in and there were maybe 3 people there and we waited over a minute to even get recognized by a staff member. “What do you want?” Is the only thing he says, not a hello or anything. After ordering a single sunrise sunset smoothie we wait more than 20 minutes when there are only 3 other customers. The quality of the smoothie was not very great and for 7 dollars I expected to at least taste some of the ingredients like the orange juice and strawberry but all you can taste is an overwhelming amount of mango and the smoothie is so thick it’s hard to use the straw.

First time here wanted to get an Açaí bowl and I asked the cashier lady which one do you recommend smoothie or acai here ? Which one is most popular?. She said Both are alright then I asked okay which one is your favorite she said I don’t like either. I don’t like anything here she said. I end up getting an açaí and it was SUPER SMALL! For two açaís was $20 bucks. Was not worth it.

I wanted to share my experience today (July 22, 2022) at the Roswell, GA location around 1pm. There were only 2 people working when I visited. There were about 12-15 people waiting for their orders + people coming in and out picking up online orders. These 2 women never seemed overwhelmed and were KILLING IT. They were both head down getting it done. One in the kitchen and the other making smoothies. As I looked around, of course all the customers looked annoyed and impatient. I’m not even sure if they realized there were only 2 people working, but I wanted to share how amazing the employees were doing. I sincerely hope these 2 ladies get some sort of raise or praise because this place would have been a wreck without them. I REPEAT. I sincerely hope these 2 ladies get some sort of raise or praise!
