My daughter placed an order online for my husband to pick up. He was handed three smoothies. He came home and we realized that he did not have the chicken and cheese quesadillas. He drove back to the restaurant to retrieve the food. The store had closed, but workers were inside. They were not willing to come to the door to speak to him. He walked over to the drive thru window to speak with them. She just kept saying we’re closed. At first, they said they got rid of the food. He asked if they were going to give a refund. Then said no here it is over here we were about to get rid of it. These quesadillas are $7.59. So of course the quesadillas were cold. See photos and video. Smoothies were delicious as usual.

Horrible experience here today. For the past 6 months I’ve been eating the same thing for lunch. A smoothie the way I like it. No one else makes it like them. Hats off. However the manager today decided she wanted to display her authority after I asked kindly if I could make a few substitutions if that was ok? Same thing I say every time. She proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do that but she would do it this time and check with her manager that she could be wrong. I said okay I do this at four different locations everyday and no one else gives me any trouble at all, so let’s do it and you can check with your manager and we can go from there. I proceeded to tell her my substitutions and she said oh wait I know we can’t do that, and as I walked out I’d ask her if she was going to let a customer walk out unhappy like that? I won’t get into the whole thing but I asked her for her manager’s name and number and I will be contacting her. I just arrived at the tropical smoothie in Anderson and ordered the same exact way and they gave it to me the way I wanted it with no questions asked I’m posting the receipt. In Anderson they even subbed the sugar out for protein I didn’t even ask him to do it. It’s much easier to be nice to people.

Hubby and I went here for lunch after church today. We normally eat k and s for meat and veggies but, wanted something lighter. We also had coupons. It wasnt busy of course it’s small right on the end of the shopping center with Verizon. Nice to half to wait 30 mins for your food. The gentleman who took our order was pleasant. I ordered the cuban sandwich it can with a side. Chips, apple kale slaw or whole fruit. I chose chips. They have 5 selections of chips all baked or kettle cooked and the whole fruit is literally like a banana, or apple or another choice. Hubby got the pesto chicken wrap and the blueberry bliss smoothie. With the coupon it totally almost 16.00. The cuban sandwich was great it was a good size portion and the smoothie was a great size for the price and delicious. I LOVE smoothies make them all the time at home. Hubby said the pesto chicken was good nice to taste something different. He ordered the apple kale slaw. Now the apple kale slaw he didnt like he said it had a wang to it but, I thought it was good. So, we traded sides. We will definitely be back. I’ll be rolling through the drive through for the smoothies in the morning because they open at 7. Thanks for the coupons keep sending them alot of things to try on the menu.

unfortunately today I had a negative experience. I ordered inside, baja wrap and a smoothie. received my wrap, but no smoothie, told the girl, said they would bring it out. they’re busy so I wait. but then it’s 15 minutes, I say something, apparently they forgot. they got to it right away.
– food and smoothies should come out together, only complete orders.
– there needs to be a better system for completing orders (tickets they stab when completed, a note on the ticket if a part of the order comes from another area.
great service besides that though! think they just didn’t expect to be so busy. GOTTA STAY ON READY!

They were fresh tasting and prepared quickly.

My food has a horrible smell and taste to it. I tried calling twice and the answering machine picked up I will be calling the corporate office in the morning. They don’t deserve any stars. I will be going to get my money back. Powdersville is awful..

Mango Monsoon is a smoothie you simply must try to understand why I wrote this review. It’s incredibly delicious. They also offer other fantastic smoothies like Island Greens and Sunrise Sunset, just to mention a couple. And let’s not forget the wraps… Caribbean Jerk Chicken (available in regular or vegan), Chicken Bacon Ranch, and Hummus Veggie are just a few options that will keep you satisfied for hours

The smoothie we got was fantastic. The peanut butter cup smoothie was very satisfying and I only wish I had more time to try all of their flavors. I must say that the staff member I was served by, while not unpleasant, seemed very no-nonsense if you understand my meaning. However, she was very quick about getting my order out so I can’t complain. If you have the chance to pop in try to make time for it and grab a smoothie to cool off on a hot day.
