I genuinely love coming to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, which honestly makes the experience just as good as the food itself. Every smoothie and meal I’ve ordered has been perfectly made — fresh, flavorful, and consistent every time.

Ordered a strawberry popping pearl bowl, got pineapple instead. They didn’t even mention anything, and I know they had strawberry because my husband got strawberry on his. I am allergic to pineapple so I had to throw away a $15 bowl

If you’re looking for a fresh smoothie, great breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack food that is healthy and a new and clean environment then Tropical Smoothie Cafe is what you need. For just being brought to Sumter, I’m surprised at how full staffed it was and everyone seemed to be on the same page and this was only day 2 of it being open. The food was made correct and so were our smoothies. You’re looking at about $15 for a smoothie and food item all together. Recommend the Bahama Mama for those who have never had Tropical Smoothie.

Best smoothie ever. For some reason, I noticed exactly how fresh the ingredients were. Guess what? Although I ate a breakfast buffet, I still lost about 5 pounds overnight with my smoothie. I’m so sure cause God knows, I didn’t lift a finger this vacation. Can I get an Amen ?

Fast and friendly service. Can’t go wrong with the bahama smoothie bowl base with the acai smoothie bowl toppings. It’s my favorite for a light breakfast.

Very nice new shop with friendly employees. The smoothies are made quickly, but seemed more like a “slush” than a smoothie. There didn’t seem to be a lot of real fruit inside of the strawberry-banana one that I had. It was around $24 for three smoothies, so be prepared to pay a premium price. Overall, I would go back, but would try another flavor to see if there was some more real fruit taste and presence inside of the smoothie. The blueberry one that someone else ordered seemed to be pretty good.

They deleted my review so I’m posting it again. This place is ridiculously expensive, everything on the menu is absolutely not worth the price. I paid more than ten dollars for a single mid-sized smoothie with an edible straw. At first, when they took my order I very clearly said my name many times yet they still didn’t hear me, and still got my name wrong. Then, they forgot my edible straw. I had to wait for someone to notice me before I manually asked if I could get the straw they never provided me with previously, and had to manually tell them which flavor I had, they didn’t even bother to check if I actually ordered it, which I don’t mind because the straws were like $3 each but it’s still unprofessional, y’all already shoulda known this information. There was nothing mind-blowing about the drink to warrant its price. It was just a regular smoothie that I coulda easily whipped up myself at home and it would’ve been all the same. The straw was also very flimsy and melted within seconds of being in my drink. In conclusion, I would not recommend this place at all, and if they delete my review again I’ll know how shady these people are.
