Do yourself a favor and try this Tropical Smoothie location! I had my doubts due to a few negative reviews, but I’m glad that didn’t stop me from ordering from this place. Our basketball team travels a lot and the guys love TSC so we find one in every city.
Special thanks to Kelsey for exceeding our expectations! She made sure that she had enough staff to accommodate our very large order right after the store opened on both Saturday and Sunday. She even gave me a way to contact her personally, since there was an issue with their phone service this weekend.
Everything was prepared exactly as we requested and they came through with the orders right on time! They even took the time to hand write labels on each of the items, personalized with our players and coaches names on each order!
We will definitely be back if we visit Asheville next year and, hopefully by then, Kelsey will be the manager of this awesome location!

Marcus and his staff is very polite always greeting customers as they come through the door and the store is very clean. I just an amazing experience here. The acai bowl was super delicious. The fruits are fresh. The flavors mixed together Taste great. My daughter got an mixed berry yogurt bowl, it tasted good too. Also we got yummy smoothies as well.

I noticed I had 35 minutes before my flight would even start boarding; so, I thought plenty of time to grab a quick breakfast sandwich. I waited 20 minutes for an All American Wrap as customer after customer who ordered after me received their food. When I went to eat the wrap the eggs and sausage were cold. I should have returned it, but I didn’t due to my flight scheduled to board in another 15 minutes.

I’ve gotten smoothies from here a few times now. Each time they’ve been very good. Decent selection of toppings, many ways to make it a good healthy option and switch it up a bit, not only for the smoothies but also for the foods they have. A very healthy place for sure, suitable for people staying fit and really a good place for anyone in general.
