Friendly, restaurant appearance seemed very clean. Food was however not. Ordered a Thai- Chicken Wrap and smoothie Only to find what appeared to be black rotted cilantro along with very wilted Romaine lettuce. I had already taken a few bites saying something is not right. This doesn’t taste right. I then opened up the rest of the wrap to find the disgusting bad cilantro and to my surprise very little chicken. What in the world is going on? Have these employees not been trained or just don’t care what they do to people’s food? I literally got sick.
I was dining in . I was not rude but informative to the young lady that made it . I showed it to her and her know it was bad cilantro and lettuce. Lost my appetite for the day.

I went here for the first time today…. I ordered a breakfast all American wrap… it wasn’t the best. To start off with the eggs are TERRIBLE… I don’t think they are real eggs… there was barely any bacon in the wrap and it was small for 5 dollars. I wouldn’t return for breakfast, maybe a smoothie. 2 out of 10 recommend…. and that is only because they were quick and polite.

Girl with the neck tattoo taking orders was rude in comparison to the usual girl in the window. They messed up my order and won’t answer the phone now.
I ordered the Smokey grilled cheese (what I order every time) and they gave me something else. Didn’t have enough time on my lunch break to run back to get it fixed. Todays service sucked.

Quit running out of whey protein! Happens way too often…. The staff is great, always doing their best and work together as a team.
Update from 3 weeks ago: now they have no protein at all, not pea, whey or collagen. I was told the reason they are out is because a lot of people like protein. What? You are a franchise with an stock/ordering system and check stock now and then, right? I would be happy to provide a consult on Best Practices for maintaining stock. To my knowledge, there is no national shortage of protein powders and many suppliers to choose from. You’re frustrating and pushing away good clients. Not a good business model. Just sayin’…..

I have ordered twice from the Shallotte Tropical Smoothie. I won’t order again. Two times the left the chicken of the salad, didn’t add the dressing I paid for and the Smoothie was more like flavored water. I ordered through Uber eats and they delivered quickly once the order was finally prepared. You can’t reach anyone at the restaurant and their corporate office doesn’t respond to complaints. I used to love the food there but I won’t be going back.

Just wanted to compliment the customer service from the girl working the drive thru during my visit the other day. I didn’t catch her name, but she was such a sweetheart.

Also, the new Ohana Breeze smoothie was pretty good! I like that it’s lower cal than other options.
