Do not order DoorDash from this Tropical Smoothie. 50/50 chance my order will be made extremely poorly, for example getting skimped on meat or my smoothie not being blended enough. When I do go in person I often have to get items remade.

I have been going to this particular location for years and I must say that the customer service has greatly improved. Team member Rez is amazing every time I arrive he greets me and he displays exceptional customer service. Rez is definitely an asset to organization. Placed an order online and went to pick it up. The drinks were ready but the food wasn’t which was fine. There was only one person there working so she was working her best . The food was delicious and came out correctly. In fact the wraps and flat bread were some of the best I’ve gotten from a tropical smoothie ever .
