When I walked in and said, I had placed an order, the lady behind the counter kept pointing at something but wasn’t using any words at all, and I wasn’t understanding what she was pointing to until I realized it was a pickup counter at which point I told her that wasn’t my order. That seemed pretty rude to start off.
Secondly, my panini was overdone and so oily as shown in the photos. I really used to like this place years ago but will not be returning.

Hands down this is the establish that got me to fall in love with smoothie’s. The service is top tier and I’ve never missed a promotion as I’m made aware of any sale that can save me some cash. That goes along way in a world full of greed. I feel valued when I step foot inside the store and never rushed. I have literally walked in 10 mins before closing and would’ve understood totally if my window to the mango monsoon had closed. But without hesitation the amazing staff takes care of me as if the doors had just opened. The store is always immaculate, the kinda of clean our stomachs pray for when we eat out anywhere. This is what community is supposed to feel like safe, welcoming and appreciated. We need each other, an everyday I need my smoothie. I’ve tried other locations due to proximity, lesson learnt. I will wait until I get close to home to have my smoothie. This place rocks

I go to a few TS locations. But, I make it my business to come here every so often. The people that work here are the kindest group of staff ever! They are always smiling and easy to chat with. Today I came and one of the guys was holding the door Fri a young lady and even helped her out to her car! You gotta appreciate businesses like this! And, their smoothies and bowls are great also!

I have been to every tropical smoothie location from Winston Salem to South Carolina. None of them make my smoothie and wrap like they do at this location. It’s to the point that if I can’t go to this location then I won’t go at all. Every single time it is 100% on point. I don’t know how they do it because I alter my wrap (chicken thai wrap: substitute chicken with bacon, no wontons, add tomato, avocado mash, extra cilantro). And I get a Bahama Mama with whey protein. Not only do they get my order right and it taste amazing but, they are aways soooo pleasant and kind. I would give them a thousand stars if I could.

My family and I frequent this location and it is by far our favorite. They pay close attention to detail and label all the food well. Which is important because my wife is vegetarian. The staff is very friendly and even remember our orders.

I came to this store for the second time solely because the staff is incredibly friendly. As soon as you walk through the door, all five employees greet you in unison with a cheerful “Hello!” Their genuine desire to provide excellent service is so evident that I didn’t even consider shopping anywhere else. I feel they need support and truly deserve recognition for the dedication and energy they put into their work.

ALL TROPICAL SMOOTHIES ARE NOT THE SAME. the one in sycamore Commons is trash as well as Belmont but this one. This one is incredible. Super friendly workers, clean, fast, and been very consistent over months.

It took 25 minutes, in an empty dining room at 11:45 on a Saturday to get 4 wraps for my family. The flatbread are under sized and over priced. My wife’s food was so drenched in buffalo sauce as to be inedible (see picture). Mine was… Fine, albeit cold because of the wait.
We won’t be back. Easily the worst fast food experience in Harrisburg.

I had hair in my food on two separate occasions at this location. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, instead of receiving an apology or appropriate concern, I was told that I was the only person who had ever complained about hair in their food and was questioned as if I were at fault. The experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location.
