I always come to tropical smoothie and I get a blueberry bliss and a quesadilla. The best part about the quesadilla is the zesty sauce that comes with it on the side but the last 2 times I came (this location and another one) they gave me salsa (pictured) instead of the zesty sauce. When I asked about it they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. I can’t be the only one who noticed the change recently with the sauces. It’s honestly just not good like this

The spinach and feta wrap was well priced and surprisingly delicious. As a smoothie restaurant, I don’t think I was anticipating the food would be so good. The chairs were a little hard and it was difficult to have conversations over the whir of the blender, but otherwise everything was great.

We were extremely dissatisfied with our recent visit to this location, as we encountered multiple issues during the experience. First, the smoothie was insufficiently blended, with large chunks of ice that made it impossible to drink through a straw. Second, the bowl we ordered was frozen solid, making it impossible to eat. Additionally, the air conditioning was set uncomfortably low inside the store, and the customer service staff was notably unresponsive. The flatbreads and wrap were both very good however and on par with recent visits.

First in foremost customer can be charge extra cool but sometimes it don’t make sense if u not gonna do the extra cool! I paid for the service now when u put someone through so much, then u get this! Now I have to say something could’ve broke one of my teeth fr! Guess its dates but would’ve this was my child drink different story now! Have a great day !

I come to this location a lot because my job is close by and always have been satisfied with my orders. On this particular day, 06/29/25, my wrap was disgusting. It was so wet, the paper used to wrap it was breaking apart, other items in the bag were covered in sauce spilling out of wrapper, and lettuce inside wrap was super soggy. If I wasn’t pressed for time I would have complained about the order that particular day, but at least I’m getting to it now. I belive that in order to correct an issue, it has to brought to owners attention, so here it is. And I’ve always wanted to say this….Tropical smoothie waste alot of smoothie. If there’s still smoothie left in the blender after pouring customer cup, why not order bigger cups so we can get ALL of what we paid for without going up more on your prices. Businesses in this country already waste enough…. and most of the time it falls on the customer coming up short.

Picked up a to-go order that was already in the little cubbies once I arrived. I walked in, grabbed my order and left and not one of the employees greeted me even though they all looked up to see me walk in. Outside of the terrible customer service, my bowl was really good. I’ll order from here again because of the convenience of the location, but some friendlier employees would be nice in the future.

As I was walking in today , i overheard Karen complaining to the manager that the young women inside did not greet her when she walked into the establishment. Although I understand we all like to be acknowledged. I also understand that sometimes businesses are just busy. . I asked the young lady why they didn’t greet people.And the young melanated queen with the reddish braids said “it did not cross her mind”. I was in a rush, but I wanted to tell her that i literally just placed my order online and appreciated my smoothie being done soon as I walked in the door. I frequent this location and they are always fast and efficient. I could honestly care less if they greet me or not as long as my smoothie is made correctly and on time.
