Walked in about 10 minutes before closing. I hate to do that to people as they’re ready to leave. The food was decent as always but Lizzie was a ray of sunshine. Warm greeting, big smile and super positive and happy. She’s a great asset.

I’ve been to this location twice this week. The first time I got a smoothie, which had big chunks of fruit in it. That’s fine, it happens, sometimes the blender stops up and they were busy. They remade it and were polite. The second time, I went first thing in the morning to get a Thai Chicken salad for work. I don’t particularly enjoy cilantro, so I asked for it to be omitted. The employee confirmed, “No cilantro?” Then proceeded to put cilantro in my salad two seconds later. I didn’t realize this until I was at work, trying to eat my lunch. I had to spend five minutes scraping it out. I work in food service so I understand if it’s busy, but there was no one else in the store..

This location, like others, does a great job. Service is fast, friendly and accurate. The food is good. I like the new snack wraps and the all American as well as many of the smoothies. Definitely grab a bite here!

I went for an acai bowl and ordered it to go. The service was quick and attentive, but I didn’t like the flavor. The acai seemed frozen and not very fresh, and the fruit on top tasted odd, almost like it had absorbed flavors from other dishes they prepare. I visited Tropical Smoothie at 7:48 PM, expecting to enjoy a quick, refreshing drink. However, my experience was anything but smooth. After waiting diligently at the counter until 8:05 PM, an employee informed me that they were closed, despite another 55 minutes until the posted closing time of 9:00 PM, as indicated by the store’s sign.
When I expressed my disappointment and suggested that it would have been helpful to be notified of their closing upon my arrival, another staff member responded dismissively, stating, ‘You should have checked online and we are busy.’ This interaction not only wasted my time but also highlighted a concerning lack of customer service and respect.
Attached is a photo of the store’s hours as advertised on their sign, contradicting the information provided by the staff. This experience has left me frustrated and unlikely to return.

I am happy to have your Cafe close to my work. I have my lunch here 5 or 6 days a week. I use the order ahead option as I know it can get busy at times, and all your employees work hard to keep things rolling smoothly. The food, and smoothies are great, and the service is even better. All my experiences have been positive ( even when the Cafe is crowded). I appreciate your employees’ smiles and helpful attitude. Although many people have helped me, I shout-out a thank you to Chelsea and Katy. As a company, I hope you recognize all your employees for doing a great job and pushing to be better.
