If could give this place 0 star I will. I asked for acai bowls with Nutella, they just gave me one with Nutella and the others without Nutella I went inside hoping they will fix it simple as that, but the person attending was obviously a person with no knowledge of what I asked for, claiming that they change the way of serving the bowls now I asked for them to make one just exactly what the pictures online shows, like the one that they’ve already make for me just to put the Nutella on top that was it, but this person refuse to do so asked him for a refund which he obviously refused too, and try to force me to get whatever he says even another employee try twice to tell him that he will fix it and he told him not to do it. My question is why places like this hire people with no customer experience? Why this people think they can do whatever they want for a job that they are getting paid? If you don’t like the job go clean the streets or do something else but stop pretending the you can go and mess a place like this up. Because it was my favorite place to go for acai bowl thanks for ruining my day, for steal my $35 dollars cause they refuse to refund me, but I surely do not recommend going to this place if you don’t want to pay for be treated like you are worthless person with no opinion on whatever you want to eat. And not to be rude or anything but this person have not only a horrible way to talk to customer but even smell bad like he doesn’t shower touching the food with no gloves that was another reason why I asked for a refund this guy makes me want to trow up and acting like he wants to force me to get what he said. This place should be careful with the people they hire and ask for knowledge on customers service and obviously to clean themselves before going to serve food. First time at this location. The girl who took my order was great very attentive and friendly. I will say that the amount of employees that were behind the counter you would expect your food and smoothies to come out in a timely manner. The flatbread was great and very fulfilling.

I go to Tropical Smoothie Burlington location almost every single day and get the same thing. I love their food from there. But every now and then my flatbread will be stone cold when I pick it up. I’m not talking about it got cold while it was waiting for me to pick it up I’m talking cold like it just came out of the refrigerator cold . I usually get food before I go to work and don’t have time to go back and complain and get them to remake it or heat it up. Today it happened and I’ve tried to call the store and all I got was a message that the mailbox was full no one picked up the phone. That’s a little frustrating. And I love their sweet potatoes and lately they’re not cooked all the way through and they’re a little crunchy.

The visit today was a complete waste of time and money! Customer service and sense of urgency are nonexistent along with everything else that was out of order/stock – technical issue with drive thru, so I had to go inside, no grilled cheese, no bananas, and no white chocolate. After waiting 20 minutes for a smoothie, I was not informed about them being out of bananas or white chocolate until I sipped my smoothie and it had absolutely no flavor what so ever – then, the worker told me they wanted to still try and make it without all of the ingredients. I wish I had known this information prior, so I could have chosen a smoothie without those ingredients. This was my first and last time visiting this location! 2 thumbs down!!

The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was friendly and approachable. My husband had ordered a peanut butter bowl with no cacao nibs, and they were still added to the bowl. I brought it back in and the staff immediately remade the bowl correctly and apologized for the mishap. Service was very fast, and our bowls were wonderful! I got the açaí bowl just the way it comes.

This Tropical Smoothie Café location is super neat and well-kept, making for a great experience as soon as you walk in. The staff was friendly, and service was quick and efficient.
I ordered the Peanut Butter Cup smoothie with whey protein, and it was absolutely delicious! The blend was smooth, creamy, and had the perfect balance of chocolate and peanut butter. The added protein mixed in well without any weird texture, making it a great choice for a post-workout treat or just a satisfying snack.
Overall, I had a great visit and will definitely be coming back for more smoothies.

I have to bring my rating down a star because of a recurring issue with my orders. I always get the Peanut Paradise with whey protein after my workouts, but lately, they’ve been giving me the wrong smoothie. It’s frustrating, especially when I’m looking forward to my usual post-workout treat. Consistency is key, and unfortunately, they’ve been slipping in that department. Hoping they can get it together because I really do enjoy their smoothies when they get it right!

No parchment paper, my quesadilla was given to me on dirty cardboard. I received no salsa on the side. Didn’t even get to eat my lunch. I come here almost everyday an the service is always mediocre and very slow but today was my last straw. Maybe they need new management but that is now how you conduct good customer service at all.
