First time coming here. Ordered 20 minutes ahead and still waited what felt like another 20 in the drivethru when I was the only at the window. I’m not even upset for waiting so long I’m upset I waited and my Flatbread was extremely cold. I got the pesto and substituted the chicken for plant based chicken. Not sure if this is how they all look but why was there so much pesto. You can’t even see any of the other ingredients that’s supposed to be on there. As for as the plant based meat it actually tasted good. If this wasn’t just thrown together and there was an equal amount of each ingredient I’m sure this would have been a delicious Flatbread. Really disappointed. The customer service was nice though.

I enjoy this place, if not for it being a bit pricey compared to the surrounding restaurants. But today our food was unacceptable. Our shakes seemed watered down, and the portion of the salad did not equal the price paid. I hope the picture represents just how small portion size was for this $8 salad! Other restaurants in the area give you 3x more salad than this. Keep working on improving Tropical Smoothie I believe in you.

The fruit drink was OK but it was a little expensive considering the piece of chicken was really just one tiny strip. The bacon is the microwave bouquet the bread wasn’t toasted. It’s something the kids would make an a panera machine but it’s always been that way it seems. Surprisingly the kale coast law was awesome.

Got 2 smoothie bowls. The smoothie part was completely frozen and just had (not fresh) fruit thrown on top. The bowls were also set upside down in the bag so all the toppings and honey were all over the lids. Extremely disappointed and these were ABSOLUTELY not worth $20.

Went here for a chicken pesto paid close to 6 bucks for 1 piece of chicken 1 slice of tomato just cut in half and a pool of sauce. Not really sure if that’s how its supposed to be but when I pay 6 bucks for something like that it best have at least 3 to 4 pieces of chicken. Cant believe I waited 30 minutes for this!

Terrible customer service & they lock the door when they’re too “busy” or understaffed then just ignore you at the door. Literally could see my mobile order ready for pick-up just sitting there then had to go sit in the drive-thru for 15 more minutes just to get my order & it not even be correct. Do yourself a favor & go to another location. First & last time visiting this one.

Poor service. They were out of everything I asked for, smoothie flavors, sides.. ordered the Thai chicken bowl, it had two small pieces of chicken and the rest was lettuce. AC was out so the inside was unbearably hot.

As a restaurant owner who understands the importance of customer service and hospitality, I’m truly disappointed by the treatment I received today at Tropical Smoothie Café around 4:30 p.m.
I was met with rudeness and disrespect by the two employees working at the time something I’ve never experienced in all my years of dining and doing business. When I tried to place my order, I was told “no” because they didn’t get my order at the screen, followed by dismissive behavior and laughter. That kind of response is not only unprofessional, but downright unacceptable.
To be clear: this isn’t just about a smoothie. It’s about how customers are treated. As someone who serves the public every day, I know firsthand how hard this industry can be but I also know that basic respect and decency should never be negotiable.
I will be sharing this incident across all my blogging and review platforms because businesses need to be held accountable especially when they fail their customers so blatantly.
To the management: I hope this reaches you, and I hope your team is reminded of what hospitality is supposed to mean no matter color, race, gender or religious beliefs.

Over a year later and nothing at this location has improved asked for a refund they wouldn’t give one wouldn’t contact the manager. Appears they are being told to cut the portions in half how can I ever order anything else if I can’t trust the food is made by company guidelines.
