Was able to redeem a free smoothie at the location. The smoothie was excellent and the store clean and tidy, only there was a little wait for the items as people were redeeming rewards. Staff was professional and courteous and able to get the drink out quickly.

First ever visit to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I am super, super impressed. I got a cheese ‘dilla that came so piping hot and was fantastic. I also had a smoothie and it was really good. This place has quite some charm to it. It’s bright and vibrant, clean and serves healthy alternatives to other certain cafe/coffee/desert places with a green logo and a mermaid.
I will DEFINITELY come here again and I recommend you do too.

This was the nicest tropical smoothie I’ve ever been to. The man at the counter was very helpful and greeted every customer. The smoothies were blended properly. Sometimes at other locations I get them and they are mostly ice and I just have to wait for them to melt to drink them. These were perfect.

I have visited this location on quite a few occasions. The smoothies have always been wonderful. It’s very easy to hold an ingredient or add an ingredient. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I usually visit first thing in the morning and the service is great and the wait time is minimal.
Update: so I tried the new dragon bowl.. it’s frozen the fruit on top a bit brown.. totally not worth the $11 price tag.. I’ll stick to the smoothies

Our family stopped by this Tropical Smoothie for a bit of a late lunch. I could tell they were definitely busy and had a lot of orders all at one time. All of the employees were kind, patient, and great to work with (very kid-friendly)! The smoothies were delicious, the sandwiches were fantastic, and we had a great experience. Highly recommend!

I went here expecting good food i got my food and it was completely cold. My smoothie also wasn’t blended all the way leaving chunks of fruit. I also noticed staff with long hair not wearing hair nets nor gloves. I asked to speak with the manager. The owner happened to be there and was very rude when speaking to me and had no concern at all. Dining area was also dirty and not stocked. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Smoothie was good. I got the Island Green and added pea protein to it. It had a fruity taste despite being a spinach and kale based smoothie.
I ordered the jerk chicken wrap. It was also good. Lot of rice and very skimpy on the chicken portion. Pretty good flavor. Black beans and pineapple salsa and jerk sauce was not overpowering.
I will order extra chicken next time for $1.50 more. Not bad price for the extra protein.
I added the apple kale slaw for $1 extra and it was fresh and pretty tasty.
Overall, I don’t feel like I got great value for my money at about $22 for those two items.
(Update, I now see where they offer a combo special and it drops the price to a better deal)

Baja chicken wrap was good and again with just the right amount of flavor. Not overpowering.
Had the jalapeño corn as the side upgrade. It was good as well and worth the extra $1.
The Acai Berry smoothie had a good blueberry and berry flavor. I added the pea protein again for $1 which is a good deal. Maybe a little too sweet. Not sure if sugar is added to the natural fruit?
(Update: I see now you can order and adjust sweetener added to half or none.)

Unfortunately today was not a great experience.
I made sure to tell them I had an allergy to tomato, but they may not have remembered and it was added to my food by accident, but when I told them I couldn’t eat the food they gave me, they said either a worker would have to pay for it or I would have to buy another one…
Bummer.

This location is under new management, I believe. I’ve gone a few times recently and I haven’t been disappointed. My order was prepared quickly and the staff member who took my order is always so personable and kind.

They are not disappointing on consistently disappointing these days. Not only did they soak this buffalo chicken wrap they could not even wrap it in Tropical Smoothie paper. They did cut it in half this time tho. No pride in their jobs. This used to be the best restaurant ever! Everything used to be perfect every time. What happened to the portion size also? Disappointed.
