Made an online order for a dragon fruit bowl with added Nutella drizzle and extra goji berries. There is an uncharted for both.
When I got back to my place of employment, I noticed my bowl did NOT have these extra on it.
The QR code on receipt had errors when I tried to send a complaint.
I visited the same store 2 weeks later to order the same thing, in store, so they could correct their mistake and add the extras with no charge. They REFUSED. They said it’s been over a week and I should have scanned the QR on receipt. I had the original receipt and a picture of the bowl with missing toppings. They still refused to correct their mistake. Instead of keeping a satisfied customer, they lost one. All they had to do put the drizzle and berries on it.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. I ordered only ONE smoothie bowl and it took them over 30 mins to finish making it meanwhile, I watched my bowl sit there on the counter halfway made while the employees carried on conversations with ZERO sense of urgency to finish making my order. A new Wom3n to that’s employed there can not make smoothies at all. How do you manage to to forget the sweetness of the drink. Plan and dry. My kids hated their drink. Do better or hire employees that know how to make a simple drink.

One of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. There’s a guy who works there regularly who barely says a word to anyone while making the smoothies. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing.
When you ask him questions about the status of your order, he hardly responds at all. On top of that, he doesn’t even call out names when orders are ready.
Customer service just gets worse and worse. Workers won’t even speak when you walk into the store anymore. This location needs a whole entire new staff the way they operate.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have always enjoyed Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but my experience at the Breckenridge Shopping Center location on Nov 26 was terrible. I walked in at 7:20 PM and stood at the counter for 5 minutes before the employee—who was wearing earbuds—acknowledged me.
He walked up slowly, refused to speak, and when I asked a question about ordering, he just pointed at the menu board without a word. It was clear he was more interested in closing up early (he started stacking chairs immediately after) than serving customers. I ended up leaving without ordering. This seems like a management and leadership failure at this specific location. Proceed with caution.

I ordered delivery and only received a smoothie. My order was about 37 dollars because I got a smoothie, a sandwich, and cookies, I tried calling the store there was no answer, there is no customer service or anything, I ordered through the app. I spoke to my delivery driver in person and he said the smoothie was all they gave him.

I ordered door dash thinking my order was simple enough that they would not mess it up. I ordered a Thai chicken salad with extra chicken ($) and it comes with a side. I chose the Kale/Apple slaw. What I got was a chicken salad but not the extra chicken I asked for and no peanut dressing. I also ordered an extra ($) kale salad and didn’t get that. I paid way to much for a dry tasteless salad. I’m sure I will not be coming here or ordering from here again based off my experience and all the wonderful reviews.

Stay far away. This was by far the WORST/NASTIEST place I have ever spent a dime with. It’s so much to address that it’s hard to even start… My wife and I attempted to eat here today and so much went wrong… From customer service, To my safety, To my health! I will try to be short and sweet. After standing at the register and everyone walking past us for about 10 minutes someone finally came to the register and took our order. As we waited for a ridiculously long time a guy comes to the register and throws down our smoothies. We ask what are the names on it and he walks away. Literally ignoring us. I ask the other cashier if he heard us and he states that he has a migraine… I’m confused on how a migraine effects your communication with your paying customers. Anyway I’ll skip to try to shorten the story. As we awaited our order the same grumpy cashier decides to walk to the front of the store and lock the 20 customers inside. At this time it’s maybe 10 minutes before closing. If I had to make a guess I’m sure that is against fire safety. Which I will be filing a complaint as well. I ask the same cashier why would you lock 20 customers in and he stated “As if I care”. Frustrated but at this point we had spent so much time inside we continue to wait for our food. Fast forward – we get home and I have a hair on my quesadilla and she has a fly in her smoothie…. Smh I can not make this up. How does one experience so much at one time. The negligence in the company is horrible. As I stated the customer service is trash, and my health and safety was placed in a compromising situation.
Ps. I do not write reviews. And I forgot to mention they first gave my wife the wrong order and dropped the new one on the floor before going to make another one. That was just human error but to add that on to the other stuff… it equals a sloppy, unorganized and over all bad establishment. Also judging by the pre comments it appears they are not to pressed to address the issues. I will NEVER spend another dime here. If I was you I wouldn’t either unless you want to eat someone else’s DNA or have a appetite for flies.

Ordered a simple strawberry and cranberry with multivitamin. The cashier put in a Jetty punch with no banana sub cranberry. It came out very light pink in color and tasted of banana. We told them what we asked for and they attempted to remake it but gave back a tasteless light pink smoothie barely tasted of cranberry or strawberry. It was very disappointing since we get this particular drink all the time. The attitude from the staff was also unpleasant. We ended up just leaving and trashing the $9 cup of ice essentially. We are not from the area fortunately so we won’t have to come back to this certain location.

Great meal, I was in the area and hungry and saw tropical smoothie cafe. The atmosphere and worker were very friendly. I enjoyed the island quesadilla and all the smoothies were great. Will definitely come back.
