Usually this location is on point. However today I found a hair in my wrap….. there goes my lunch in the trash. Please wear hair nets when preparing food.

First of all, I would patronize this location very often, as I work close by . Today, I placed an online order for an avacolada . When I reached my car, my avacolada tasted like watermelon. I called and spoke with a manager who advised me to bring it back…. I came in after work with a full cup ……
He (the owner) opens up the top and begins to argue with me about it. There’s no watermelon in there. I know what I taste and see. He begins to try and debate with me about what I taste. Can you believe that? I couldn’t. I was totally shocked by his customer service, He (the owner)was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable debating on how there’s no watermelon….. I stated I did not come to argue. A replacement was made with chunks of ic in it and needless to say it was thrown out Avacolada’s are one of the higher priced smoothies and this was definitely made with disdain.
….I love Avacolada’s. I will always order never from this location. #mostdisappointed

I would not recommend this location to no one. From reading the reviews here, they are doing an awful job. But what took me, how do you NOT accept your own tropical smoothie cafe gift card. As hard as times are right now, it’s truly a blessing when someone gives you money via gift card. I should’ve just left the food there & walked off but I was on a limited lunch with no time to take my business elsewhere. But you best believe I will NEVER spend another dime here and music in the park starts up next week &I would order from here whenever I was attending but NOT going to happen this year. I wonder do the corporate headquarters know you do NOT accept your own gift cards, I’m going to find out.

I’ve been coming to this tropical smoothie for a very long time and today I was very disappointed with the service. This is what my wrap consisted of after ordering the Thai Chicken wrap without the chicken. The cashier gave me attitude after I asked to put the chicken on the side and then my wrap had nothing but the lettuce stems and a few pieces of carrot. I will not be coming to this location anymore.

I ordered at this location on the app by accident. I wanted to try the new ohana breeze smoothie. That was the most disgusting smoothie I have ever gotten at a tropical smoothie. The smoothie wasn’t even blue, it was green and just tasted like a frozen orange juice. I did not taste any pineapple, banana, or mango. I was highly disappointed. This has to be a franchise location and I do not recommend.

I was traveling , this location was near this location. I ordered my favorite smoothie I always order and the wrap I always order. I was very disappointed when I received my smoothie, it was much lighter than normal and did not taste correctly. I mentioned that I thought the smoothie was wrong, when I was handed my wrap. The person asked what I thought was wrong with it I stated it tasted mostly of orange no lime and like they used too much ice. She remade it but when I received the new one it was still light colored and still tasted strong of orange, I felt my drink tasted more like the Sunrise smoothie and not the Blimey Limey. I figured if still wasn’t correct, I would just have to deal with it.
Then came my wrap…. I ordered the Baja chicken, it tasted like buffalo chicken hot sauce. Just overall disappointed. If I wasn’t travel, I would have gone back. Waste of money

Whenever I go to this location, the managers never smile, speak or look happy. I just received my postmates order with a sandwich and a side of kale apple slaw. There was hardly any mustard on my Cuban, I had to grab some out of the fridge bec it was too dry without it, the slaw smelled funny, was dry, no dressing, a few shredded carrots and apple shreds that were turning brown, served in a plastic cup with aluminum foil on top… . This is really disappointing. I went back and forth trying to decide which place to order from bec I was starving and wanted good food, good service and fast, and this is what I got. Was not worth my, $8.50.

The food and smoothier were better this visit. However, the employees were so rude. Whoever is the franchise owner of this location needs to redo the management and hire more outgoing personnel. I felt nothing but stares from the 2 employees when I walked in, and they really gave off the vibe that they’d rather be anywhere else.
