I don’t know what it is about the CNU tropical smoothie but every time I come in my stuff is melted. I just left and got a bowl. How is the bowl melted that fast and I only live two minutes down the street not even frozen. I forgot that I stopped going there because even my smoothies were liquid.

LATE! Every time I order from this location the opening person is always late! I had stop ordering from here due to that and for some reason I was like let me order maybe things are different nope! Same guy always late! They open at 700 he arrived at 709am my smoothie should have been ready by 710!! Ridiculous!!! Someone gotta teach him time management! I’m sorry but they need someone else to open on time!!

I just paid $12.45 for a basic smoothie, an Orange Dream with extra Splenda. I was charged $2.58 for the extra Splenda and this smoothie has less taste and is more sour than any other one I have ever had at any other Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Awful, I wish I could leave zero stars.

One of the best as far as food quality and service. It’s further from my house than two others. It was more than worth it after a my workout. The wrap was warm and perfectly rolled. The shake was very flavorful. The order took maybe two minutes. I highly recommend this tropical smoothie.

Had a smoothie picked up by friend and they ask for a sample of the drink before putting it in the cup(to insure it wasn’t bitter or watery) because of the drive and the location has a hard time making it with out being bitter. So to make sure the Smoothie is not very watery and bitter. I drove 30min to get another from Nick Patel the store manager and was told I couldn’t get a refund for my smoothie after i ask for my money back. I just wanted a good smoothie not a water cup of juice. I was go to the tropical smoothie by Hampton university from now on. Also asked for owner number after nick was being rude. He told me he don’t know and can’t give info out. I will go where I’m treated right. Hope you all treat your customers better.

This company stole from me! I did not agree to leave a tip and declined so when paying. I was charged an additional 3.00 from my receipt total. These employees will steal from you! Do not go here. This is crazy. I have never had this happen before, but the entitled kids that work here think they can get away with it. I did not see until I received my credit card statement. I always keep track of money. This is not a tax issue, they stole from me. I disputed the charge with credit card company and will get it back you theives!
