I come to this location often. The food is always pretty good and they never get my orders wrong but that really the only thing that’s good here. There are always arguments and the workers always look soo pissed and annoyed while taking your order. The only reason I’d come back is if it was close. Seriously the owner needs to do something about their extremely annoyed and off coworkers. ♀️ ♀️

Looks like TS hasn’t improved based on the review from 2 weeks ago(or ever): placed an order online, and wasn’t told until 20 minutes after that my order did not go through. Was forced to order in person, and had to wait for the staff to finish their conversation before I could place my order. So not only was my order missing the chips, I ordered the Thai salad and received this weird ranch dressing instead of the peanut dressing. Lastly, the Tap to Pay didn’t work, and ApplePay wouldn’t work, and I was forced to swipe my card. I WILL be monitoring my account for any type of fraudulent activity, as I am very aware the debit card scam is throughout Hampton Roads. I encourage others to do the same after visiting this location. Everything about this trip was odd and suspicious. I should have went to the Greenbrier location; will be going there from now on.

terrible service, rude employees, & even shittier chefs. my food was ordered on the app & they didnt give me the salsa that comes with the quesadillas, then thdy dont give me my side of chips i ordered so i grab them from the lobby & they are rudely trying to stop me as i tell them i ordered a side of chips which arent in the bag. then after all that they cant even fix my food or give me my sauce. dont waste your time, find a different tropical smoothie, this ones definitely the worst one in town.

I come to this location often. Let’s start with my order. I ordered 3 kiwi quenchers with extra strawberries and whire chocolate like I always do. I didn’t get to taste it till I got home and it was horrible. It taste like I was drinking ice with white chocolate in it. When the gentleman handed me my order the bottom of my cup was busted on one of them. When I informationed them the lady didn’t say anything she just handed me a cup. When I switched the drink into another cup, I handed her the empty cup and asked if she could throw it away for me. Again, she didn’t say anything she just pointed at the trash can behind me. And to think I gave them a tip. I will never go to the location again. I spent $25 for 3 cups of blended ice with white chocolate. Never again.

I came in for a Smoothie and a Hummus Veggie Wrap, the reason why I’m writing this review is because my hummus wrap was made incorrectly twice, the first one I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes and add plant protein, I didn’t receive any of what I asked for they gave me a tiny bit of hummus, avocado, little rice and beans. I called and they already knew what was wrong with my order, which showed me that they allowed the incorrect order to go out regardless, I went back, and they had another one prepared for me, yet this one has lots of lettuce which I asked them to not add, plant protein, little bit of rice and beans, hardly any hummus or avocado and no onions. It’s very disappointing because I love Tropical Smoothie but the lack of care within the food service is ridiculous. I didn’t even feel like saying this is wrong again, because with it being wrong twice, showed me that they didn’t care which is why I’m writing this review.

7/22/22 I walk in and see everyone is a phone zombie. No greetings just unwelcoming. I would blame the staff but from other reviews it seems like this is a very common problem so I blame the owner/manager. Your the problem not handling the problems and the company needs to train you. The smoothie was not bad and thats why you get 2 stars.

I’ve ordered the chicken bacon ranch twice and both times the chicken was not cooked. Imagine taking a bite into a raw piece of meat. The sad part is, they were bought to feed my two young children. I can’t trust this place. It’s a good thing I always inspect my children’s food.

I have been to this location several times and Every time the service is terrible. Today we stopped in for some smoothies and the place smelled like rancid trash maybe vomit. We should of left but we decided to get smoothies anyways. All the employees had headsets on. I ended up getting stomach problems from the smoothie when we got home. I recommend if you want tropical smoothie go to the one on greenbriar. Never had a single issue at that one and the service is always nice. I feel bad for the workers that have to work with that rancid vomit smell going on.
