Ordered lunch through the Tropical Smoothie app as I was working from home with a sick child. Door Dash dropped off smoothies but no food. When I contacted the delivery driver, he said that was all that was given to him and when he tried calling the cafe, there was no answer. I tried calling the cafe numerous times the rest of the day, but there was never any answer and no way to leave a message – the call just disconnects after so many rings. Submitted a refund request through the website and it’s been 5 days with no refund and barely any communication. Horrible customer service and will not be using this location again.

Camel in today and it was the best! First time at tropical smoothie and i felt like i was on cloud 9 so peaceful, staff working hard and really nice. I can’t wait to bring my family here to try this out.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. The location is convenient but the food is horrible. My quesadilla was so thin and the bottom was missing half of the tortilla. I frequent Tropical Smoothie, obviously in other locations, so I know what to expect. Super disappointed. Definitely avoid this location.

I went In the other day and was asked to leave a review because iv never had a bad experience i said Yes! And now here i am Changing my review I went in today and had to worst experience ever not just me but other in there as well!
The manager was rude and tried to argue with me over my not hearing my name called when it didn’t get called and others were complaining about the same thing. Pointed to herself saying she was the manager and wouldn’t let me get in contact with someone above her. Never will i ever Go back in that tropical smoothie and a group of people who left out behind me also agreed just nasty !!!

Surprised by the updated decor when I walked in today. I was very impressed and drawn to the white panelled walls decorated w large colorful pics of island life. The menu boards and kitchen area have been freshen up as well. Overall, the place was very attractive and inviting. I ordered a Blimey Limey which was quickly prepared and tasted great! Food items are served too.

Update! I came here again.. and my fruit bowl was really empty 🙁 … I usually like to tip but I honestly feel like I overpaid for what I got. Paid $14 and barely had 1 strawberry cut into 4 pieces and 5 blue berries. I also didn’t get my banana. I want my money back to be honest. These bowls aren’t cheap for me not to get nearly what I paid for. You can clearly see the difference between pic one and pic 2. I didn’t have time to ask for a new order as I was in a rush, hence why I order to pick up. Ugh, this is frustrating.
Loved my fruit bowl! So yummy and fresh. I loved how the peanut butter drizzle was put on there below the fruit because it doesn’t get stuck to the top. THANK YOU!! This is definitely better than Smoothie King!

I actually do not like the food here and the smoothies are not up to my standards but everyone has their own taste. But the employees are always great and the place is also always clean. They’re not the fastest but aren’t slow either. Honestly the only reason i come in is cause of a 14 year old little girl I would die for and she loves this place. But I’m glad I can easily stand a place I’m forced to go. I don’t know but if there was a bit more diversity in the menu I probably enjoy it more but it’s still a good place.

Im not sure what’s happening with this company but their smoothies do not taste the same anymore, it appears they are trying to stretch the product. The smoothies are weaker and taste like there putting less fruit and ingredients in them, this has been consistent at three different locations I visited, some of staff are loud and unprofessional as well which doesn’t help, the food has remain consistent.
