Came here for a quick lunch on an unassuming Tuesday and was so impressed by the employee here Samuel. He was making several orders at one time, made my smoothie and delicious hummus veggie wrap (toasted to PERFECTION), and continued working like an absolute machine. Store was clean and food was delicious. This is my go-to Tropical smoothie now.

Stopped by after an appt in the area. Service was quick. A little bit of a wait to order but my belief is they were fulfilling orders. Good to remember just because we do not see people waiting doesn’t mean they are not filling pick up orders.

Omg. So happy I read these reviews. We visited yesterday and the service was awful! We left the money that we had paid and the food! I will never visit or recommend this location to anyone! A young lady was in the corner with gloves on fixing food while texting on her phone. She took our order and shortly after she left! Two other workers came in off there break and I asked for a refund. One of them told me no refund when food already was prepared! He lied because it took 15 -20 more minutes for the food. I refuse to take the food after it was prepared because I didn’t trust them! It was $20 wasted and we just left the store! I did get a smoothie from a wonderful Hispanic guy within 3 minutes but every thing else was a nightmare. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION! This location is across from Regency Mall. Its in the same shopping center as The Fresh market! Please Please go to another location!

Lights were off but the store was open, cashier was standing in the corner and didn’t greet me or say anything until he walked up to the register, the manager had her iPad and personal drinks on the counter with a video game on the screen. Incredibly unprofessional.

I love tropical smoothies food, but their service is always so terrible, especially here. I’ve been to this location a dozen+ times, and so often there will be nobody at the counter, or they will ignore you as they attend to something else. I’d guess they’re understaffed, since I’ve never seen more than two employees at a time, and usually just one.

The woman making my smoothie clearly saw the blender wasn’t working as she repeatedly hit the top of the container. She poured it into a cup anyway, and it was nearly a solid, clearly not blended. There was a significant amount still in the blender. The drink tastes awful. This is a smoothie I get regularly and it doesn’t taste anything like it’s supposed to.

Walked in and the only person there was sitting on her tablet. I stood there for a while because I couldn’t tell if she was a customer or an employee, until she rudely asked if I was going to order. After I said yes, it took her 15 minutes to make one drink. Mine was the only order.

Had a good experience at this location. Definitely cleaner than some of the other locations I’ve been at. No fruit flies, staff constantly cleaning up after each order. Our drinks came out quick and delicious.

I did a curbside order and got home to realize my food was burnt. The sides were terribly hard and just burnt. I have tried calling and can’t even leave a voicemail because the voicemail is full. I just want my food remade since I had to throw it away…. guess not.
