This the best Tropical smoothie in the Richmond area. I’m a frequent customer. The smoothies are always on point. The staff is extremely pleasant. My favorite one hands down.

Following a mobile app order, I picked up my food approximately one hour past the designated pickup time due to an unforeseen delay. Upon arrival, I discovered my fruit bowl had been left in the designated area and had melted. I requested a replacement fruit bowl, but the cashier, after consulting with the manager, initially denied my request. After further explanation regarding customer service expectations, the manager authorized a replacement. I recommend implementing a refrigerated storage solution, such as a cooler or refrigerated box, for pickup orders for smoothies and fruit bowls to prevent similar issues caused by delays in customer arrival.

Came in at 10 am on 08/20/25 I was met with the smell of cleanliness in the store as if it was freshly mopped and wiped down which is a plus. The cashier who took my order was friendly and courteous as well as the employee who made it. The smoothie was delicious. Based on the excellent service received today I would continue to frequent this location. Special shoutout to the team working today.

Fast, friendly service! My wife and I stopped by for lunch, they were very busy at the time. There were 6 people in line ahead of us. We were placing our orders 90 seconds later, that’s fast! We had our smoothies in 2 minutes, food in 5. The new BBQ chicken flatbread was awesome! My wife said her Thai chicken salad was good as well.

Walking into this place I KNEW this service was going to be like no other, smooth jams playing on the radio. Jeremiah, greeting customers and cracking jokes. Nas and Darius making the orders and making sure customers are satisfied. This experience was like NO OTHER Tropical Smoothie I’ve been to, you can tell these young men enjoy their job and enjoy working together. The vibe was so good there was a couple on a date in the restaurant! This was an amazing experience. We will be back!

Terrible customer service. I came in to use my T-Mobile Tuesday coupon. While I was placing my order, one of the associates said, “Damn, that’s a lot of food.” The coupon was supposed to give me a free bowl or smoothie, but it took the free item off the pair and save smoothie instead of my full-priced bowl, which charged me more money. The associate asked another team member for help, and he shrugged his shoulders and said, “That’s the way it comes off,” and walked away. So I did two different transactions. Then they handed my food to the wrong customer. And that same guy that walked off handed me my order and didn’t ask what kind of chips I wanted, just threw some in the bag and had a mean look on his face the entire time he was working. Not one person said thank you and have a great day to me, but I made sure I said it. If you hate your job, work somewhere else.

Ive visited this location a lot over the years and I can only remember honest mistakes being made. This time I got a chipotle flatbread with no bacon but when I got home I got what looked to be 2 pieces of bread barely toasted with I don’t even know what on them. This was a huge inconvenience as I had no food at the house and had to go back out after working a long shift. I sent in a complaint to corporate Monday night and wasn’t until thur the franchise owner (not local mgmt) responded to my request. The owner did not even have a copy of my original complaint and after many texts the most they could do was send me an $8 gift certificate on an order that cost me $13. My time of leaving to get more food was never paid back.
If I learned anything it’s that being a loyal customer meant nothing to this place. I will not be visiting this location again.

I went there on Monday 08/21 (around 3:30)and ordered two smoothies. I remember I was told it was around $16.00. I got home and checked my bank statement, and somehow, they added $2.00 because the statement shows $18.40.
I checked to see if I was wrong trying to order the same online and the total is $16.40 .

I’m left with regret trying to give this location multiple chances, but still being seved disappointing smoothies. Today I ordered the tropical island detox smoothie, one I just had from another TS location which was better made, and it was flavorless, watery, lighter green than the other and had a weird aftertaste. Unsure why this location consistently serves disappointing smoothies when it once was my favorite location. And there used to be a manager onsite that made sure things were made correctly but I haven’t seen him in a long while nor the staff that used to be there. The flatbread did have a good amount of kale slaw and the bacon was crisp, but it lacked chicken.
