The customer service was great. I purchased an acai bowl, and although I usually buy them from another location, I wanted to give this spot a try. The amount of fruit on the bowl was way less compared to what I am accustomed to. Also, parking was challenging trying to find a parking spot.

To all my pomegranate lovers beware!! I was told by an employee that if I wanted the other 2 oz that should have been part of my 24 oz drink, I would have to buy another smoothie. He also told me that for the drink I ordered (Pomegranate Plunge), it is never filled to the top because the ingredient chart only allows him to use a certain amount of fruit.
So for all you pomegranate lovers — you’re paying for a 24 oz drink, but you only get 22 oz! I live down the street from this Tropical Smoothie, but I always travel to other locations because this one is not consistent.

I spoke with the manager, and my issue was resolved. She was very professional and a great representation of the kind of leadership a company should strive for.

I got a Blimey Limey smoothie today (October 5th Afternoon) and UGH while I like orange juice (not love) all I could taste was Orange Juice and nothing else!

The staff is kind of rude, I watched one employee put together a bowl using her bare hands to place the fruit, and then the turkey bacon ranch sandwich I ordered still had the paper on the meat.

My smoothie was watered down and missing an ingredient. The kale apple slaw was rotted and they gave it to me anyway. I called to let them know…they didn’t care. This used to be a good place to go, not anymore.

An extremely disappointing experience, especially being a frequent customer of Tropical Smoothie. This was my 1st time at this store.
I was served the nastiest food and smoothie at the Atlee location on 8.7.2020. My Triple Berry oat smoothie was watery, tastless and light pink. I requested it be remade & the remade smoothie tasted worse than the first. (Odd because one of the main ingredients is blueberries.)-see photo (2nd smoothie too disappointed to snap the 1st).
My Turkey Bacon ranch wrap-soggy sliced not diced tomatoes and under cooked bacon.
I will never visit this location again.

Placed a deliver order on the app to be delivered by door dash. I never received my order and I have called the store multiple times and no one will pick up the phone. I am trying to request a refund and will never order from this store again.
I’m still waiting for my refund.
7/7 update – I’ve yet to receive a response from customer service after calling twice and completing the online customer service form.
This is absolutely ridiculous. This location knows they took my money. I just want my refund!

My rating is solely based on the fact that my Bahama Mama tastes like water with a slash of strawberry. Where is the white chocolate?!?! Where is the pineapple?!?!? Where is the coconut? I am extremely dissatisfied with my lunch today and will never go to this location again.
