I believe this location just recently switched management. Either way I can appreciate their willingness and commitment to their customers with having an enjoyable experience; and their efforts in getting it right which is importantly and all that matters at the end of the day. In a world where so many companies don’t care about their consumers it’s refreshing (like my very berry cranberry smoothie) that this company does.

The place is very clean. Service was very good. The two young people worked in the back, one person made the flatbread sandwiches and the other person made our smoothies. They were very friendly. I love the Detox Island Green, not sweet and has a hint of ginger flavor. If you prefer sweet smoothies and you don’t like raw green veggie taste, Detox Island Green is not for you. My kids love their Chicken Pesto Flatbread.

Everytime I go I must go during the busiest times, 2pm? Order was supposed to be ready 203 and it wad completed 217. Multiple customers who came after me recieved their smoothies before mine. What’s the point of ordering ahead? I also ordered Turkey bacon ranch but they didn’t put bacon on it. Another customer a man, he was mad wanting a refund but they cant give refunds unless manager Is there so they have to come back. Man then had to go up and ask again where his remade food is. They need like 1 more person for real…I’m in the food industry so I know the struggle. If you don’t have patience please don’t go. Things happen and they can quit and go to another easy job in a second. Just give them patience please as the train and get staff. Smoothie was delicious and sandwiche still good as well.

Horrible customer service. We were over-charged significantly for our food. I pointed out the price on the sign and the clerk just shrugs.and says “I don’t know”. No manager anywhere on site. These people have no idea how to run a business.

Great for a quick smoothie. Fairly fast service, but they don’t remember old menu items they’ve gotten rid of now, so i have to request a special order to get it. Not to mention they used to be closer to $5 each and now closer to $10 each! But they do hit the spot! I love the Peanut Paradise with whey! Another winner is the Sunrise Sunset (no protein) or the Jetty Punch (no protein)!

Tiara must was having a bad day because her customer service was terrible and she was the only employee working. I waited in line for 7-10 minutes to place my order for two smoothies from this location being that it was convenient to where we was heading. One thing for sure and two things for certain them smoothies was horrible and nasty. They was watered down with a lot of ice in them and you could hardly taste the ingredients in the smoothie. I turned around to have the smoothies remade and they was still nasty. I ended up throwing them out the window. I’m a big fan of tropical smoothie but if anyway possible please avoid this location so you won’t be disappointed. I will not be returning.
