I’ve gotten the jerk chicken wrap for years at this location, and when I say I couldn’t eat it because it was so spicy is really not ok. Tries reaching back out and got voicemail, I literally had to throw the entire wrap away. I’m not sure is someone laid the sauce on thick or what. But I’m not happy.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. I was there today and dropped my smoothie spilling it everywhere, I offered to clean it up, but the staff did it for me without getting angry or being rude. They then bought me out another smoothie and were so kind to me. My orders are always perfect! The food is great and well worth the money.

Diane had to have been the rudest person to take our order with her huffing & puffing. We are a family of 4 and felt like a burden ordering our lunch as if we were bothering her & our order was too complicated (it wasn’t) spending 50$ you’d think we would’ve been treated better.

First-time visit to to this location. Service was relatively fast and the food we ordered was delicious. Restaurant was clean with just a short line. They use compostable straws which is nice. They don’t do a good job of advertising their “plant-based chicken substitute”, but it appears to only be mentioned on the bottom of their kids menu. I’ll try it next time. Only cheese quesadilla is on children’s menu.

Would have liked to give 5 stars but unfortunately one guy working in the back making the food doesn’t seem to follow basic health codes when cleaning AND handling food. Only reason I stayed was because the cashier said she would make our food, which I watched to ensure that happened.
It’s pretty simple, it you are cleaning and get an order, wash your hands and change your gloves (even if it’s in the middle of making the order).

I’ve been in twice this week and I won’t ever go back. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but I was just in there and stood at the counter for 5 mins without so much as a hello. 3 people working in the back and not one of them acknowledged me…. Terrible service.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is always a great stop for a quick, refreshing meal, and the amazing staff makes it even better. Bella is an absolute professional—always warm, welcoming, and on top of things. She genuinely makes me feel like a valued guest every time I walk in. Albert is just as fantastic; he has such an inviting personality and always takes the time to talk and build rapport. Fern was also a pleasure to interact with—friendly and kind.
As for the food, it never disappoints. I highly recommend the Mango Magic smoothie—sweet, creamy, and just the right tropical kick. The Hawaiian Sliders are another favorite—flavorful and satisfying. If you like a bit of heat, don’t miss the Jerk Chicken Wrap—it’s got a spicy punch that really hits the spot.
