First and last time at this location! I stopped in to grab some lunch, it was a little busy but that’s not my complaint. Crowds I can deal with, but the employees in the back making the food & smoothies should pay attention and stop dancing and singing. Seems the young girl was more into her her dancing and singing then paying attention to my quesadilla on the hot plate. Something told me to check my food but I wanted to get back on the highway because we all know how 95 traffic is….learned my lesson unfortunately, check your food! The quesadilla was so burnt I could not eat it! At least the smoothie drinkable. So if you do eat here (which I advise you not too) look at your food before leaving.

The cashier that helped me today around 12 pm was just rushed. I was trying to leave a tip and he was snapping his fingers. Which is crazy! I always leave tip for food services no matter what but seriously dude. The food/smoothie was delivered good and promptly. It was just the customer service experience that was very poor; rushing me to place an order and the snapping was unpleasant.

I placed an online order and drove only minutes to get there – both my smoothie and wrap were already ready!! Everything was really tasty and I felt good after enjoying my drink and food!! I The place is themed nicely and has a good selection! I am on a non dairy diet currently and easily was able to find something that met my needs. They keep your smoothie cold in a fridge while waiting for you to arrive. Will definitely be coming back! 🙂

Best Tropical smoothie cafe I’ve ever been to! I do a lot of travelling and visit TSC 2/3 times a week and can say that this one is by far the best! Great food, always accurate, and very friendly cashiers!

Ordered 2 detox island smoothies and both were extremely watery, you do not even taste a hint of the ginger whatsoever. More like a slushy with no taste. I’ve had these smoothies before first time it tastes this bad.

Not all Tropical Smoothie Cafes are created equal, which is what I learned last week and it compelled me to write this review after visiting again today. I’ve been ordering mobile pickup via Google and now their app from this Stafford location for a few months now and I have to say: 1. They make smoothies better than other locations (for example, I couldn’t even taste the added peanut butter or other additions I paid extra for at a different location I ordered from twice in North Carolina—fairly certain one time they just flat out forgot it). 2. I highly appreciate the Stafford team keeping pickup order smoothies in the actual fridge/freezer behind the counter until you get there!! The other location did not do this and the smoothie gets runny! 3. The team members up front helping are always friendly, smiling, joking at times, helpful and honestly fun to see each time I go in there. It’s a busy location and it runs well. Kudos to them.

Can’t rate the food because it really depends on who makes it. My complaint is that your store advertises a smoothie for 4.99 when you add ANY food item. No small print under that on your menu specifying anything else and it’s been that way when I order my pb banana crunch and a smoothie. Today not only did Jayden put my order in wrong but also explained to me that the 4.99 smoothie is only that price with lunch items. One thing I don’t play about is my hard earned money so not only do I have to wait for a refund that could have been avoided if Jayden was more attentive on taking orders then looking me up and down as if we on the streets but I was also overcharged for my smoothie so either way I walked out ripped off. Highly unappreciated and if what he is saying is true I would fix the false advertisement on your menu. Do better
