I don’t know how this shop is in business. These are the rudest employees. I’m not speaking from a one time experience, it’s every time. I’ve been scammed by this shop when they were out of an item and Uber Eats charged me regardless (yes I contacted Uber Eats support and it’s 100% the shops fault). The employee handed me an overflowing smoothie today with the lid smashed on. When I kindly asked for another lid both employees stopped, whipped their heads around, and rolled their eyes. I then stood at the counter cleaning my own smoothie cup.
The place also smells like rotting cheese and is filthy.
Whoever owns this place needs a whole team meeting to address customer service and a deep clean. Smoothie King just opened down the road and I’ll be transferring my business there.

First time grabbing a smoothie from here. I usually go Smoothie King and I will say that the smoothies here can definitely compete. The prices were reasonable for the size. The store was clean and orderly. The staff were friendly and polite.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews about the smell in the restaurant. The smell in the restaurant is a sewage problem in that hole block of stores and how do I know this because I used to be a kitchen manager at the Bennigans that was next-door a while ago and we had the same problem so it’s just not that restaurant it’s all in the other stores as well!

The smoothie’s were nice but the order was done incorrectly, I made a modification to my order and I still saw the unwanted item on the receipt, hot food was given cold, the people look miserable and unmotivated. And the person taking our order added their own $13 dollar tip.

To start when you walk in there is a horrendous smell. Not sure if they have sewage problems but it was an awful smell. Secondly the environment is not welcoming at all. Thirdly the customer service is terrible. The staff does not even greet you. They just stare at you like what do you want! There’s like 5 staff members and they still take forever to make your smoothies.

Banana was rotten, salad was gross, and service was horrific. I gave the girl 2 cents so she could give me $2.50 instead of $2.48 in change and she had to open the calculator app on her phone to figure my change. Then she slammed her drawer shut. Don’t worry, I won’t be back, even for free food and smoothies. There are so many other good places to eat surrounding this hole. Just don’t bother.

Please avoid this place at all costs. The smell there is terrible. Smells like spoilt fish and really dirty. They do not know how to make smoothies. My husband and I got so sick from the smoothies. The color of the smoothies don’t even look like they are supposed to. Will never step foot in here again.

I ordered two smoothies and they were yummy. Prices are average, the portions were filling. We had to wait longer than 10 minutes to get our smoothies but that’s ok, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the menu options. The shop has seating inside for people to sit and eat. When we were there, the lighting in the store was dual and the music was loud.
