I always have such a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and upbeat. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made my order quickly without sacrificing quality.
I tend to go out my way to ONLY go to the tropical cafe off of Ritchie highway in Glen burnie! They’re amazing! Chris ( or Chrish) and his entire staff is always super friendly and gets my drinks made right!
My smoothie was incredibly fresh and flavorful — you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. It was perfectly blended and refreshing, exactly what I needed. The food was just as impressive — fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying without feeling heavy.
I also appreciate the variety on the menu. Whether you’re looking for something healthy, indulgent, or protein-packed, there’s something for everyone. It’s the perfect spot for a quick lunch, post-workout fuel, or just a refreshing treat. Highly recommend!

This has to be my favor smoothie place ever. They make the best smoothie, foot and bowls here. I order from this particular spot every day. I tried other tropical cafe smoothie places but they don’t come close to this Glen burnie spot. They are the best and always so friendly.

The customer service here was amazing. It’s like they were reading my mind. I went in with my two young kids and they suggested splitting a large smoothie into two cups for them based on the flavor they wanted, even though it wasn’t featured on the kids menu. Upon leaving my youngest (2years old) she dropped her smoothie in the parking lot. They offered to make her a new one free of charge because she was crying so hard. They’re amazing and I’ll definitely be back again!

I wanted to sub an ingredient out of 1 of my smoothies. The staff helped me figure out which ingredients qualified for no extra cost. They were helpful and seemed like they had good communication as a team. Worth the energy of parking and going inside.

I came to this store with my Girlfriend for the first time and i never ordered here before and wanted to get the same thing as my girlfriend, i order a acai bowl with nutella but i didnt know it came with coconut and it was my mistake that i didnt know but it was my first time ordering here, so i came back and i apologize and asked respectfully and nicely to ask if i can get it remade or changed without coconut, the worker or manager i dont know what position he in but he came and told me that its in the menu but i didnt really see it by mistake because of my poor vision and i kindly told him that i didnt know and that its my first time and he started to get aggressive with me and being very rude and got loud with me and accused me of opening the cup and eating it and told me next time i should look at the menu better like im dumb, i told him if he doesnt want to remake it and be this rude to me i can just get my refund for just one acai bowl, i would understand if i ate some of it and brought it back like that but i didnt even open it or even take one bite it was all intact upside down in the bag , i told him im not lying its in the same place and he ended up snatching the bowl out of my hands and throwing it hard in the in the trash and told me to get out or else he will call the cops but i told him to do it because im not leaving without me bowl getting remade or a refund and told me i can make the complaint here and i recorded a video of the situation because i felt scared and threatened and he proceeded to walk up to me like he was gonna do something, i was so scared i didnt know what to do, all i did was politely and respectfully ask was a question to see if i can get it remade and this is how i get treated for my first time coming here i felt threatened and scared and i have pictures and video proof of the whole situation it all happened on Sunday October 5th 2025 at 2:14 pm u can check the cameras all i did was just be respectful and nice and he cussed me out and flipped me off as i walked out after the other worker gives me a new acai bowl but my first time experiencing here was the worst i think you should get rid of this guy here. and i would like contact HR or corporate or the boss of this rude guy.

I came to this location yesterday night and I was treated very kindly. I had ordered a chiken wrap but didn’t want the spicy chipotle sauce and the person working was kind enough to let me substitute with any other dressing. Very kind and friendly establishment.
