A coworker and I went to Tropical Smoothie Cafe for lunch on a Friday. The restaurant was clean, had an open and modern layout. It was my first time visiting a tropical smoothie cafe and I was impressed! The service was terrific – the young woman that took our order was friendly, warm, and helpful. The food was fresh & yummy. The smoothie was delicious & all I’ve been able to think about since is how do I get back for more?!

So let me tell you about my experience at this tropical smoothie on a random week day I walked in an the servers didn’t acknowledge me no hello, how you doing or nothing I let it slide the first time still ordered waited for my order next thing I hear a different kind of woman walks in an they both acknowledge her an I was genuinely offended because it was the fact that now I know you have manners but you choose to have manors depending on the person an with that case I will never be coming back an spending my hard earned money !!

Overpriced watered down smoothies. Expect to pay around $12 for a smoothie that is made of water and ice, with a couple of scoops of canned fruit. Don’t believe in the hype. Take your money elsewhere. Also don’t be fooled by something that says it’s all natural, when there is more sugar in their açai bowl than a whole can Coke.

Just received my order for delivery from this location. I ordered a smoothie and a flatbread with chips and I only received my flatbread and not the way I ordered it. I called this location and spoke to someone who informed me that I may receive a refund sometime this week because they don’t have a manager to process refunds. I may or may not receive a phone call verifying that my refund was processed, the employee didn’t know. So now I am out my lunch and my drink and my money. I will go back to ordering from the other nearby location that is a little further away instead of this one due to the terrible customer service and lack of care.

Ordered delivery fairly late around 730-800. Ordered 2 Acai smoothie bowls, a burrito, and breakfast dilla. The warm food was good but the bowls were amazing. Lots of fruit and toppings and the smoothie itself was nice and thick. I really liked the granola. It was so delicious. Will order again for sure!

BEWARE!!! I Ordered at the register with no line, waited 15 minutes while they made online orders – they had to taste of them (poured from blender cup into clean cups) they tasted them to try to determine which drink was which- they made my drink (finally) than had another order for the same drink pip up on the screen so she sl added extra ice to make it stretch which REALLY WATERED IT DOWN!! I will never return to this location

Extremely watered down smoothies. To the point where they taste like fruit water. What is the point in spending $7-10 for fruit infused water? Tried to listen to the good reviews and not the bad ones, but truly listen to the bad ones.

Smoothies are always good and their pesto chicken flatbread is SO GOOD. I will say they are over priced and the staff is very young and does not always greet customers and get to busy with their own side conversations

2nd time in a row now that both smoothies have been so heavily blended, they might as well be juice. The flavors are great, but you’re expecting a thick smoothie. It’s such an easy thing to fix. I hope it happens otherwise we won’t be back.
