This place was great for lunch! Had a Thai Chicken Bowl with a side of kale and apple slaw and an Island Green smoothie. Everything was fresh and tasty, and service was polite and quick.
I’m a sucker for good, clean smoothies so have to say the Island Green drink was amazing. It’s a mix of spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, and banana in a 24 oz cup for only 410 calories. Really good for those watching their weight and/or want a healthy drink. Just be ready to feel cold afterwards and watch out for the brain freeze effect.
The chicken bowl was good as well with mainly a sweet base for the sauce and a subtle hint of heat. Really great combo! The kale and apple slaw side were nice, too, but I only made it halfway through since I was already getting full from the smoothie and chicken bowl (can we say good portions?!)
I can’t comment too much on what the SO had but he seemed to enjoy his Turkey Apple sandwich. ‘It was good’ is pretty much as detailed as he got, hah.
Overall couldn’t have had a better experience. Would definitely go again sometime!

Second time ordering from here. Had my parent go for me and sent her the money. Asked for things to be added in my Chia Oatmeal Pudding bowl and paid extra for strawberries, nutella drizzle and granola and they literally didn’t put any of those items into the bowl but still charged me for it. Won’t be returning. They don’t care about their customers, their service or their jobs. If you didn’t have an items I shouldn’t have been charged for it.

Amazing place with even better people! I’m not a tropical regular but every time I come by, the service is friendly, efficient, and on point. Huge shoutout to Logan and Grace, they’re absolute legends. The food and smoothie was ON POINT! Very personable, super helpful and very welcoming. If you’re thinking about checking this place out, do it—you’ll be in good hands!

First time at this location and have nothing good to say about this place. All the employees are entitled and have zero customer service or manners. They do not greet you, smile, be pleasant, literally any basics of customer service. They had earbuds in not even paying attention. I stood at the register with someone else in line behind me for almost 5 mins without a single acknowledgement of either of us. When I got my smoothies, they were flavorless- all I could taste was crushed ice with a hint of fruit. I got my go to smoothie that I have had dozens of times and it tasted like the economy hit them pretty bad and they’re watering down their product to stretch it out. Will not be returning and I really hope the employees get better trained on how to interact with customers.

They have great options! You can’t go wrong with anything, really. I was surprised at how filling the wrap was. The cooked food is great, considering it is a smoothie joint! Probably tip: ANY of the smoothies can be made into a kid’s size drink. They tell you they only have one size, so you have to ask. And, don’t forget to ask for your First Responders and Veterans discount if it applies!

Was helping my Mother in law with a project in the backyard, had to make a second trip to Home Depot because I didn’t get enough layering sand.
Anyways, drove by Tropical Smoothie, and decided to stop in because I was absolutely beat and needed a pick me up. Spent $8.95 on a chocolate smoothie with PB. Asked the guy if he could throw in chocolate protein instead of chocolate. Which they didn’t have any. Smoothie place without chocolate protein. The smoothie was average at best
Two takeaways here: do a little more preparation when helping you mother in law out to avoid 2/3rd trips to Home Depot, dont spend 9 bucks on a smoothie you know you won’t like.
