This place is fast food, but with excellent options to maintain good habits. The smoothies are delicious and sugar-free. There’s that option. The Ceek yogurt bowl are high in protein and delicious, and they’re very affordable. A good option to consume healthier and super delicious options. Highly recommended!

This is the second time my order has been wrong. Unfortunately, I let the first encounter slide (I was given the wrong protein. I get it, things happen). But this time, I left with absolutely no protein in my bowl. I ordered the Jamaican jerk chicken. Where is the chicken?? I love this place but, PLEASE remind your staff to double check the order before giving them to the customer.

Made a mobile order for a bowl and a smoothie. Arrived at the store 15 minutes later. It located in the Gaithersburg Square Shopping Mall with a lot of complimentary parking. The self pickup shelves were on the left hand side after walking into the store. The Green Dream Yogurt had all ingredients as expected. The Avocolada was delicious as usual.

I was told the kitchen closes 15 minutes before the store closes, which was confusing because I’ve placed online orders within that same time frame before and received my sandwich without any issue. On top of that, while I was in the store, I saw a full sandwich being made. When I mentioned it to the cashier, there seemed to be some uncertainty. There should be a mention on the app or a notice on the door!

Very bad experience, order online when I get to the restaurant order wasn’t ready, I ask at the employee Maria and she said is not ready, we don’t have your order , I said I order online she said is not ready what you want me to do. I visited Tropical Smoothie recently and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked in, one of the employees openly said, “It’s raining and why are people still coming in, I don’t feel like working.”
Completely unprofessional and uncalled for—if you don’t feel like working, you shouldn’t take it out on the customers. It made the entire visit uncomfortable, and I honestly felt like I was a burden just for placing an order. I came in for a smoothie, not to be treated like an inconvenience.
Management needs to address this type of behavior immediately. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope others think twice before wasting their time or money here.

Customer service is very poor. I walked in for a pick up and was completely ignored by a full staff with no one else in the lobby. The lead team member looked at me and ignored me after yelling “hello, o would like to pick up my order” another employee walked off to take a personal call on her mobile” it was only after I requested my funds returned was I sought after.
