I placed an online order for pickup on a Sunday morning. While the smoothie and açaí bowl themselves were tasty, the customer service completely ruined the experience. There were two employees working (a man and a woman), and both were very rude, dry, and off putting. No greeting, no friendliness, just an uncomfortable attitude overall.
Good food isn’t enough to make up for poor customer service, especially when pickup orders are supposed to be quick and easy. Unfortunately, because of the staff’s behavior, I won’t be returning to this location.

If you’re looking for a good smoothie restaurant, this is the place to go! A guy named Bah, took my order with great service and quickness. the service and ambiance of the restaurant is great. Every time I come, the seating area is always clean and the service is always efficient. One of my favorite Tropical Smoothie locations!

The restaurant was nice and clean upon walking in, and nice reggae music was being played. I ordered. a chipotle chicken flatbread with some sun chips and an ice tea. The service was fast and gracious! The cashiers were super helpful and clear. Definitely will be returning!

So I decided to grab a quick lunch from tropical smoothie! Not know I would receive subpar service and a nasty sandwich. I’ve order from other TS in the past, so I thought the service and food would be universal. Unfortunately, that was not the case. In the picture you will see a buffalo chicken wrap it looks disgusting when speaking to on of the employees on the phone, he was extremely rude. I will not be visiting this location again.

This is the absolute worse tropical smoothie I have ever been to . The 2 workers were very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a Baja chicken wrap and it wasn’t made right it look like a flatbread sandwich and barley had anything in it when I told the dude it never looks like this that it usually looks like a burrito that’s a lot more filled up he did nothing I wanted it remade and he refused and refused to give me my money back . WORSE LOCATION EVER

I miss when this place was decent. This lady (I think she’s new) made my drink and it tasted like nothing. I called to tell them about it and she blamed it on the multivitamin that I’ve had before. That was not the problem. It tasted like sugar water and nothing else. After a long phone call of being interrupted a bunch, she agreed to remake it. I tried the new one and it was just as bad. This place used to be so good. The last few drinks I’ve gotten from here were not great. Very disappointed

The man working was cleaning the floor when we came in. Then he went to make our smoothie while keeping the same gloves on he used to clean the floor. Had to ask him to take them off. He didn’t washing his hands it was so unsanitary. After serving us he proceed to take off his shoes right there to pray. The health dept needs to shut down this location till staff has some food handling training.

Worker name BAH is the right person when it comes to making your smoothie! He’s always consistent and know what he doing. I highly recommend burtonsville location. If you want fast service please place it online. And because this is a smoothie place don’t expect to much from the workers especially if they’re focusing on making smoothies. Any type of place like this will always have a wait time!
